Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Leinfelden-Echterdingen

This was our second stay, and there’s no doubt we’ll be back for a third, fourth, and more! We absolutely love the location and truly appreciate how responsive Tobias and Carolin are.

I stayed with Nicole for 10 days in December. The property is very, very cozy, quiet in a good location to Ludwigsburg. (Used a car!) I felt very comfortable. Could work well and sleep well. The apartment is very bright and friendly and warm and, as I said, very cozy. I would love to come again. Unfortunately, the place is a bit too expensive for me on my own. I hope it works out again...

Highly recommended! The apartment is modernly and smartly equipped with high quality home appliances. Hill view is just outside the balcony. Safe community with neighbors being doctors and professors (inferred from the name stickers on the main door lol). Heating system is woking with high efficiency and quickly warms the entire rooms. Just a burdensome-less ten-minute walk can be expected to get connected to the historic areas in old town Tübingen. Note to Marvin: better to install a curtain at least in the bedroom because early sunshine may not be much friendly for a late wake-up lol.

The Location was excellent amazing landscapes and a relaxing atmosphere. Clean rooms and lovely decor. The Service was excellent everything was above my expectations. Huge kudos to the Marjio for being helpful and welcoming.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The apartment was in top condition. Communication with the landlady worked out great. I am very satisfied.

The rental was perfect for our adult family of five, but can absolutely accommodate little ones too. The house was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Communication with our host, Ingrid, was excellent. The view from the front of the house was spectacular. If we travel back together, we will absolutely stay here again!

He checked us in with clear instructions on how things work which was very helpful understanding it all from doing laundry to the sauna and everything in between. Everything was fine. The house is very Cosy.

Fantastic place. More fun than staying at a hotel. Short & easy bus ride from the rail station. Views from the bedroom are great and the outdoor deck is a nice place to relax. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the old downtown area is a short walk away. Bathroom is clean, spacious with a comfortable sized shower area, which is pleasant compared to the cramped "phone booth"-style showers I'm used to in Germany. I did not take full advantage of the kitchen facilities, but it seemed to have everything you need in order to cook your own meals with a supermarket right up the street. Nick was super easy to contact, accommodating and met me on site and gave me the tour. Never had to reach out since everything worked and nothing was missing. Thanks, definitely my favorite Airbnb bookings to date! Thanks!

We had a fantastic time staying at Helga's place. This was our first holiday with our daughter (7 months) and we especially wanted to recharge: the garden, the beautiful spaces, the location and the surroundings appealed to us. It was a very nice stay: there were cozy seats everywhere, both inside and outside, in the kitchen there were all cooking utensils so we could cook extensively, Helga was incredibly hospitable and regularly brought us fresh eggs and thought along with outings and if we needed anything. In addition, we had all the privacy and no one was bothered by (nocturnal) howling - so that we were also very pleasant for us. In short, all the ingredients for an amazing stay

Kapka was very responsive and helpful, we were able to leave the luggage until the desired time. The place is super comfortable and calm. We were able to enjoy Stuttgart while being in a peaceful place. Public transport works great. I highly recommend the thermal water pools, they are great. We will come back without hesitation!

A nice one-bedroom apartment, has more or less everything needed. Very close to the airport and major highway. Grocery stores are also close by. Good WiFi. Had some difficulties to park before getting to apartment, since you can get into garage only after checking in- separate key to open garage, so you have to park your car somewhere first. Garage is double decked, a novelty for us. Apartment is very clean yet somewhat spartan. "

great location very close to public transportation with plenty of restaurants grocery stores in close proximity. a bit small but good for 1 person for a longer stay. I would definitely stay again. The use of the underground garage was also extremely beneficial with easy access to building

We felt very comfortable and had a relaxed and cozy time away from our everyday life. On the first evening, we used a restaurant recommendation directly and were very satisfied. Andreas and Luisa responded very quickly and helpful to an important request regarding the use of the hot water. Thank you so much for the communication and the fair togetherness. I highly recommend Rosi’s place. It is very close to a train station, city center, supermarkets, and the neighborhood is safe. Rosi is supportive and friendly.

The place was very clean and exactly as mentioned in the listing. The host was responsive and clear. Provided clear instructions and additional supplements for breakfast as well. We were travelling with an infant and there were a lot of toys as well. Would highly recommend!!
