I absolutely loved this place! I booked for myself and my dog, I wanted some R&R somewhere peaceful. I got the most incredibly peaceful and beautiful place, even more beautiful than the photos. It’s so clean, it has EVERYTHING you want inside and it’s so homely. The furnishings, finishes and decor are stunning. This is quite possibly the most gorgeous Air B&B I have stayed in. Melissa was responsive from start to finish, super friendly and nothing was too much trouble at all. Steve was really lovely too and I think having such lovely hosts made it even more comfy. The secure paddock is so good for anybody who has a dog, Frank loved it and also boomed on the trampoline a few times. I had so much fun just switching off from the busy life at home. The sun was beautiful, the seating area was stunning and I read in peace. Harrogate was 20 minutes away and this meant I got the best over everything. Thank you Melissa and Steve for such a beautiful spot! Xx we will be back

Jo Is a gold standard host. She is very attentive and worked diligently to ensure my stay was pleasant. Jo goes the extra mile to ensure everything is right with the flat. I have traveled to Harrogate frequently over the last 10 years and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. I look forward to staying at this property again, assuming availability works out. For anyone looking for lodging in Harrogate, I would highly recommend booking with Jo. Aside from the top-notch service, the flat is clean, modernized and in a great location, a short walk from Town Center in lower Harrogate. The flat was fully stocked with cleaning supplies and a hoover, so it was easy to keep the place spotless at all times. My stay was 3 1/2 months. Since I did a fair amount of cooking and occupying the flat after work this was important to me as I am a bit OCD and appreciate cleanliness at all times. Receiving packages, (Amazon & Royal Mail), and take away was easy and without incident. 10 stars!

It's very rare I write reviews but felt I had to as this place was wonderful! Beautiful property with incredible views and gorgeous walks from the doorstep. Everything was provided that you could need and the property absolutely immaculate! Will be back, thank you Tracey 🙂x

Entering the Loft you definitely get the “wow” factor with the open living area. Bedrooms were a lot more spacious than the pictures show. Easy and simple instructions to get in the building and car parking space. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for a lovely weekend away in Leeds.

100% recommend for anyone visiting the Brighouse or nearby areas!!

We had a beautiful stay, this was are first Air B & B. It has everything you need, very clean & well thought out, even has some treats to make you feel at home. Couldn't recommend it enough, will definitely be returning.

I stayed at Claire’s place for three nights with my husband and dog and can safely say we loved it. The cottage was beautiful, exactly as described and Claire was a wonderful host. She left a welcome hamper, including Prosecco and homemade scones, which went down a treat. Claire was very responsive and came to introduce herself when we arrived, telling us to knock if there was anything we needed. The surrounding area was lovely and we enjoyed some beautiful walks right from the door step. Would highly recommend Claire’s place for a peaceful get away in beautiful countryside. We would definitely stay here again ☺️.
