An ideal place, a nice house with space, to have a holiday with a family with larger children: something for everyone! By train you are easily in lively Porto, always a Bolt driver nearby to take you to nice places such as the beach on the Douro (Arnelas) or the somewhat more adventurous places like the Arouca Bridge, as well as enjoy beautiful sunsets, delicious coffees and waves brave just 1 dune away. Antonio received us very well and always responded very quickly

We had a very good stay, host was very friendly and helpful and was always available.

We were personally and very warmly welcomed by Susanna. The apartment corresponded to the pictures and description and is completely sufficient for two people. Location to the sea was perfect. Some restaurants were within walking distance. Also bus stops and an Aldi supermarket. However, there is not much to do in the immediate vicinity, except to visit the go-kart track. We used the bus lines to Porto and Martosinhos. Very easy to reach through this. We were very pleased with the hosts and the place. We would come back anytime.

We stayed a few days for 2, during our motorbike trip. An adorable house, full of history and character! Its vintage side does not take away from the fact that it is very well equipped and offers everything that is essential. Beautifully located, it overlooks a vast very beautiful beach, with all the shops nearby. And what a calm! The small terrace allows you to eat outside in complete privacy, and the proximity of the owners is not at all inconvenient, the distribution of spaces is very well organized. Exactly, a special mention for Célia who welcomed us with such kindness, full of good advice and available. Thanks to her, we were finally able to taste our first Percebes, which she harvested and cooked for us. Absolutely delicious and touching attention. In short, an extra stay, exotic and very relaxing facing the ocean, we loved it!!!!

Daniel was really helpful, the house was clean and in a good location near the airport. The only thing that was on our concern - that the high beds and gallery wasn't safe for our 3 and 6.5 years old children, so they slept in the living room. But other then that - we really enjoyed the place.

We had a great 2-weeks stay at Melanie’s ! A cute, cosy and well equipped place, Mélanie made it a home for us right from the start. Great amenities both in the house as well as surroundings. Highlight would definitely be its close proximity to the beach - one of the best !

A place of peace and tranquility. The children loved to explore the place. Filipe, a very kind and request host. Excellent communication. The clean place with all the necessary utensils for long periods. The surroundings have a pine forest which makes the space unique beyond being a pleasant 5 min walk from the beach. Beach with quiet waters and sunset of gold. Restaurants on the pet friendly waterfront. Our 2 dogs and our 2 daughters loved to catch the last October solinho in the garden of Filipe's house. Unparalleled family days.

Had a great time in Marie’s place. She welcomed us really well sharing local places we could go to to shop or eat, and recommendation for Porto. Very easy to check in and flexible which was great. The house is very big with all amenities, and a very nice area by the swimming pool. Thanks again !

The accommodation was very spacious and there was ample space to unfold. The ambience is rather functional and not particularly homely but we lacked nothing. You are privately accommodated there, but also anonymous. You won't be making contacts there. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine washes well. The wifi router is located in the property and the internet is fast. I particularly liked the large sliding wall with which you can protect the living area from the sun. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable, with the gastronomy in the area offering little change. Shopping facilities are a 15-20 min walk. After all, you have a vacation and plenty of time. We felt comfortable and the place was absolutely worth its money. Thank you

Adriano's place is among the best Airbnb we had stayed in. At first, Alice received us and showed us the apartment and the amenities. She even drove us in her car to show us how to get to the garage which was very nice of her. The apartment is spacious, bright, super clean and comfortable. Adriano provides very generous selection of supplies, from extra blankets to kitchen supplies. He is very friendly and quick at responding to questions. We will for sure recommend it to others and will go back again.

Second time we chose this place and it was great! We feel at home! Enjoy so much nature and animals, the calm and the comfort! It is undoubtedly a very good place to rest and for good times alone or as a family! We'll definitely be back! And Susana is so friendly and helpful! We really liked it!

we had a very good time during our stay in Silvia's house. we were two families with kids and really enjoyed the beach and the surrounding area and cities. The house has the perfect for us, there was even a heated pool. Silvia was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for restaurants. The communication and checking+out was very professional and good. This is definitely a place to come back! many thanks Silvia for such a lovely stay!!!

Our stay was excellent! Elsa was over the top in every way! We had a gift of wine and custard tarts when we got there, Elsa arranged a reservation at an amazing restaurant and she responded quickly to any inquiry. Would definitely come back to this beautiful sanctuary.

We found the studio easily and could easily get it based on the information we received in time. For our van, Inês measured the garage extra and so we could park it comfortably. The city is very easy to reach on foot and the car could stop for the duration of our stay. Dishes and kitchen equipment allow you to take care of yourself, especially since there is a supermarket nearby. We felt very comfortable, also thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of our hosts and are happy to recommend the studio.

Had a fantastic time at this apartment. It was spacious for two people with a lovely balcony and a big stretch of garden. Beautifully decorated too and a really great location. The only downside was having to pay a ‘late check-in’ fee of €10 for arriving just past 9pm because our flight was delayed. Although this was outlined on the booking, we still felt that this was really unnecessary. Nobody wants a delayed flight and this cannot be helped. We presume this was because of inconvenience to the host who met us upon arrival, perhaps to get passport information, however this could have been arranged the next day. It is a small apartment and things were easily located and accessed without being shown around. The host also seemed to be in a rush to leave. There is a key safe which is used for checkout, therefore the key could have been left there for check-in. This isn’t a complaint but just some advice on how things could be improved! Thank you.

The pictures are very similar to the actual place, apart from a few cushions and throws. Overal, we had a very nice stay. The terrasse is lovely, fridge is big, kitchen contains most of the essentials. Don't expect to cook like a chef, but you can manage well. There is construction everywhere in Porto so there might be a little sound while you enjoy your port wine outside. Both bed/rooms are up those black stairs, so make sure all your party can manage them. The ceiling coming out of those stairs is less than 5 feet, but it gets normal after a meter or so. The building has a very small and fully functional lift. it is about 10 minutes by walk to where the action is (beware the street is not flat, better come from Marquês if you have luggage, you'll go down to the flat! Enjoy your stay should you choose this place for your Porto adventures !

This is a beautiful apartment. Each bedroom was of a good size, and the place was lovely and clean when we arrived. There is a wonderful garden area to relax in, which was a real bonus. It is just over 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station, so easy to get into town, and a supermarket nearby meant it was easy to get all the food/drink you needed for the stay. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

We sincerely enjoyed staying in Carolinas apartment. It is located next to the shopping street, Santa Catarina, and in walking distance from the historical sites and the riverside, which was amazing. We found plenty of good restaurants, cafees and shops. Porto is indeed worth a visit. The apartment was very clean and we found everything we needed. Loved the terrace and lights there :-) All communication with Carolina was effective and she always replied swiftly and thoroughly. Gave us qualified recommendations when needed.
