Hi, This place is clean, well appointed, everything works perfectly. The decor was to my taste, so I felt very good right away. There is good brightness and no neighborhood noise, ideal for relaxing. The small garden is perfect for a relaxing break, not overlooked. This small village in the heart of France is very pretty with its washhouses , the water that flows and its castle. I had a tea at " Aunt Agatha", she welcomes all her visitors warmly and her decor is very cozy. Thank you Amaury for hosting me and I would definitely recommend your place to your future guests . I was so impressed with the studio. It’s obvious how much thought and care Alain has put into this little gem in Sancoins. Plenty of coffee and tea, towels, little extra touches like chocolates were all appreciated. The apartment has absolutely everything you need. A couple of things you need to know. There are stairs, so be vigilant going up and down and take your luggage up carefully. The building is a lovely old building that has been beautifully renovated. If you are coming form the US, toiletries are not provided so you must bring your own shampoo conditioner etc. I forgot about this and Alain was so kind to bring me some essentials.

What to say, the whole place was tastefully decorated and a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen accessories were new, functional and available. The s.D.B. has a huge shower, for my 120kg and 1.88m., I had all the desired space, and in addition the mirror of the bathroom was huge , convenient for shaving without sitting down, had everything we needed . The grounds were fenced and with a large parking space as well as a shelter for the car. the front of the house has a small terrace surrounded by flowering plants. The oisieuax kept us company. A real paradise, with a view of the valley ,in a village of ± 700 inhabitants , see dozens of houses in the upper part where this house is not attached and without vis-à-vis. Technically, a very good wifi connection, a TV with French channels and others... Claude leaves us with board games, specific information about the area,.....
