Bea’s place was nice and accommodating. The condo was clean, just as described, and stocked with supplies, except extra toilet paper. Bea was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The pool is ok and clean, but the area is nothing fancy. If you are seeking a clean, safe place for a getaway, this place is great!

Great little place! It was just perfect for what we needed this trip. The entire place was immaculately clean and everything was just as described in the listing. Downtown was within walking distance and had great restaurants. We loved it!

The room was even better than the pictures and had a very welcoming feel. It was very clean and had plenty of travel necessities such as toiletries, coffee and a few snacks. Would definitely stay again!

Great location with wonderful views. When we were at the condo we spent all of our time on the lanai. Condo had what we needed for the beach and kitchen well supplied for cooking at home days. Close to the village. Convenience of walking to the beach was the best thing. Morning walks, afternoon swims and evening sunsets. Perfect!

This condo is beautiful and very well maintained. The property is quiet and easy to get to attractions in Sarasota and surrounding areas. Property owners were informative and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice. If you stay here be aware you have to park and walk behind the building to the front door that faces the pond. It was a very nice spot. Will go back. We arrived very late and were confused that when parking we had to walk to the back of the building. Once we got that cleared up everything was great!

Location was fantastic. Overlooking the marina with a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The condo was clean, and Amy's communication was very efficient and detailed.

The condo was just as described. Quiet, which is what my husband and I like. Everything you need is in the condo. Great view from the back porch. Lots to do within a short distance. Very clean and I should know because I clean other people’s houses myself. Thank you for a wonderful week. We will be back!

This condo is right on a private beach access spot, which was much less crowded than other spots on the beach. Super easy to get to the beach every day! But the kitchen didn’t have any salt/pepper or other spices and was missing some cooking utensils, so it was inconvenient to cook our own meals - but that’s the only thing we were missing for our stay. Loved everything else!

Troy’s place was excellent! Great location, clean, and suited all of our needs. Troy was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to come again next time!

Monica is an excellent host who's condo felt like Home the moment I stepped inside. It has a very warm and welcoming energy, and the vaulted ceilings give the space an airy and open feel. This is the second time I've stayed at Monica's and her attention to detail makes the place cozy and comfortable. Shorewalk is in a great location - the complex is quiet, safe and convenient with natural views of trees, wildlife, and water, and the view from Monica's lanai is the best in the complex. It's a quick drive (minutes) to Sarasota Bradenton airport, IMG Academy, the beach, and downtown Bradenton. I've thoroughly enjoyed both times I've stayed, and I'm looking forward to staying there the next time I'm in the neighborhood. Monica is an amazing person and an excellent communicator, and I highly recommend her home away from home for your next getaway; for a few days, weeks or months. It is my first choice when I'm working in the Bradenton area, and I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

The condo was beautiful and very spacious for our family of 8. There are several places within walking distances as well as trolley that takes you to Siesta Village. Beach is across the street and you do have to cross a busy intersection. The private beach area was small. The condo pool was awesome and huge! That was my families favorite part. Lea has beach chairs, wagon, toys and umbrellas which is nice. We loved the condo and the huge pool. Beach access not so much for my family as we are used to staying right on the beach, however I did know this when we booked. Also if you like to fish the property is on the intercostal waterway so plenty of fishing. Overall beautiful condo and we had a lovely vacation.

This home was the perfect place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our children, grandchildren and great grandchildren! This was a beautiful and spacious home!

The house was better than the pictures - location was perfect for short random trips to the store. It was easy to baby proof the house with littles. It was so clean that it felt like we were staying in a brand new home. Thank you guys!

This place is comfortable, in the perfect location and worth its price. You get what you see with this place, we spent 20 days here for work. It was like a home away from home. I definitely recommend staying here. The neighborhood is one of the best parts about this place, everyone waves and is as friendly as could be. Super safe.

Anytime a place has a half dozen or more pillows to choose from you know they care that you are comfortable!!! Great job!

Roman was a great host! He was always quickly responsive and flexible with us with check in and check out so we could see our family one last time before we headed home! I would definitely stay here again and recommend his property to anyone!

Josh is such an amazing host as well as a great down to earth guy. His honest demeanor as well as genuine personality makes him separate from the masses. Aside from that… this place was spotless and had everything we needed and more. Not a crowded area either which made it a nice pleasant experience. I would highly recommend him and this place without hesitation. Well worth it in my opinion. Thank you Josh!

We were very pleased with our stay! Everything was provided for and then some! From washing detergent, to sugar for your coffee, to beach towels. The beds were SO comfortable. The sunroom was our favorite spot. The pool was fantastic! The place was so quiet and we enjoyed looking for alligators, birds and turtles throughout the day. I only have good things to say! The only thing I will make comment on is there is no where in the listing that tells of the place being a 55+ community until you get there and read the guest book. It was completely fine and everyone was friendly but when the kids and us got into the pool, you could tell the older folks got a little upset and moved to the other side. I’ll add, we are a very respectable group and weren’t loud, they just live there is all. I get it. Thank you for letting us stay here! We loved every minute!!
