It is fully equipped with modern appliances, high-quality cookware, and an extensive selection of groceries & spices. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll find everything you need. The spacious layout and ample counter space made cooking a delight, and the thoughtful extras like a coffee maker, stove, microwave and even a spice rack were much appreciated. **Garden:** The garden is a serene oasis that offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We took a little break after the holidays and wanted to be near some saltwater. We’re coming from Knoxville so it was a short drive and we just loved the house and the property! So peaceful and beautiful. Perfect space for our little family of 3 and we loved the area. We spent both full days at Hunting Island state park and when we were home, we were playing in the yard or down at the dock. Nighttime by the water is so quiet and there were so many stars! It was just what we were looking for! Our son even caught a big ole sting ray!

Ashli and I stayed at Kelly's condo for almost 3 months while our home was being renovated. Kelly's condo is close walking distance to local restaurants and bar. Downtown Beaufort was 10 minutes away and Bluffton with its many golf courses was 25 minutes away. Inside the condo everything needed to cook meals and work were there. Desk space was great. Plenty of seating for 4. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend Kelly's condo for short-term or long-term stays.

Stayed here long term with my family (wife, 2 kids, newborn, and 2 cats) and this home was exactly what we needed for the 3 months we were in Beaufort. Short drive to almost everything and although right off the highway, the neighborhood is quiet and good for frequent walks/scooter rides with the children. Shelby is extremely responsive and constantly looking to improve the already great home. Perfect for families or those looking for long term AirBnB’s. Thanks Shelby!
