We had a great stay at this place. Check-in was very straightforward and the hosts welcomed us very openly and warmly. We felt right at home in the house. The furnishings are lovingly and thoughtfully selected. You could easily store all your belongings. The apartment was extremely clean everywhere and had a pleasant smell. In the immediate vicinity is a forest path where we could take nice walks with our dog. Thanks for the great time :)

The house offers the perfect opportunity to spend a cozy weekend or even longer. Such well-equipped kitchens are rare, there is even a pizza oven that we tried directly. Very cozy beds and furnishings. We felt very comfortable.

We stayed as a family with a dog for 12 days. The place is perfect all around. From the rooms and beds to the modern bathrooms with individual towel colors and plenty of storage space to the spacious living/cooking/dining area that leaves nothing to be desired. The equipment is extremely extensive, even if of course you sometimes had to merge utensils of both apartments for many people. Everyone and especially our dog loved the large and well-maintained garden. The location is super convenient. For example, we just took the shopping cart to the front door. In the area there are many excursion destinations (Trimm-Dich-Pad, Elevator or Crime Tour, Kneipp Basin) and we were able to make our time in Gundelfingen very varied. If you don't have many of your own plans, you can still be inspired on site. Jutta is a friendly host and communication with her went smoothly. Thank you for the beautiful guest book on site!

We were very satisfied with our accommodation and felt very comfortable. Nice rooms, good amenities, great garden, foosball table, horses in front of the doorstep - everything excellent. Martin also gave us a good orientation to get along in the smart home. Check-in and check-out was hassle-free and flexible. It is absolutely recommended and would also be very suitable with children.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and located near city center and train station. We were the group with the 3 children and we had a great time at the apartment.

Mario & Nicole's place was wonderful! Very spacious and clean and in the perfect location. They are right by the water, so I even took a morning dip in the lake! We stayed for 1 month in Matthias' AirBnB and we felt like home. The place was clean, kitchen was very well equipped, smart TV, parking space provided, the heating system worked very well and the hot water was also never a problem. Since we work remotely we needed a good wi-fi speed. We had 2 laptops and 2 mobile devices connected to the internet and never had a problem. Even thou the owner lives on the upper floors, we always had privacy and the environment was always quiet, actually we only met the owner twice in 1 month. The communication with the owner was very good, always responded quick and polite. The house is located near the field and there is very easy to go for a walk in the nearby of the house. Lidl and Rewe supermarkets in the nearby village, 8 minutes drive by car. Since the house is a little outside the village, a car would make things much easier for transportation. Everything was perfect, totally recommend Matthias's place. Would not hesitate to book his AirBnB again.

I spent 9 days in Memmingen for a family visit and hiking tours in the mountains. I felt very comfortable in the apartment with beautiful views over the rooftops. Due to the location to the yard and under the roof, the apartment is really very quiet, you get almost nothing from the neighbors. The balcony is big enough that you can also sit outside, and if the weather is warm enough, you can even have breakfast outside. The kitchen is generously furnished, and actually has everything you could ever need. Fortunately, I was only missing a filter coffee machine that Christoph thankfully brought me right away. Great service! If you are looking for a nice apartment for 1 to 2 people in a central city center location (it is a 3-minute walk to the marketplace, about 10 minutes to the train station) and maybe want to stay longer, Christoph is just right. I would definitely be happy to come back again!

In the course of my work assignment, I have rented the beautiful apartment for a month. Very comfortable stay. Apartment is kept clean by cleaning service..host very friendly and cooperative..Parking available. Would love to do it again if there's another chance!

Really lovely place, we loved it. The stairs might be a bit trick for elderly and small children, but other than that it’s really perfect. So clean, modern, pretty, great kitchen with everything you can need to cook any meal. I would recommend this place anytime

Lisa and Julian's place is very nice and quiet. The house is furnished with a lot of love for detail and equipped with everything you need for a carefree and pleasant stay. It was all super clean and we were even warmly welcomed with a small welcome pack of drinks and small snack. Although the location is very good and close to the main road it is absolutely quiet and relaxing. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend the tiny house.

Wonderful location in the old city behind the Rathaus with beautiful walks to the Maximilienstrasse, the Függerei, and the Christmas Market. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Very comfortable apartment with plenty of space and charm. Marcel was proactive in sharing parking and checkin instructions with plenty of pictures to make it easy. We immediately felt comfortable at the place. The furnishings are of very high quality, tasteful and absolutely functional. Communication with the host was very nice and straightforward. He was right there when there was a problem. You are quickly in the countryside, but just as fast at the bus stop to reach cities such as Stuttgart, Esslingen or Ulm.
