Very spacious apartment with one bedroom, one seperate living room and a big eat-in kitchen. The apartment is one floor up (1rst floor) walkup. 70 sqm space, located in the very center of Heidelberg and have to offer everything what you will need for a stay in Heidelberg. 10-15 min walk to the railway station/ public transport you can reach in about 2 min. Nice restaurants and shops in the neighborhood and 5 min walk to the old city. Its a no smoking apartment

Unique souterrain apartment

The apartment in the basement has been completely renovated. The large loft-style living/study and bedroom is tastefully furnished. A wardrobe separates the living/work area from the sleeping area. The cozy sofa bed can also be used as a sleeping area. A new smart TV completes the living area. The kitchen is spacious and includes a fridge with a large freezer compartment, a dishwasher and ceramic hob. The bathroom has a large shower, heated towel rail and WC.

The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.

Complete Apartment. It’s between Mitte and West, walking distance to most places, surrounded by restaurants, bars, ice cream and cafes. Schools are around, very safe and green area. The compound is very new buildings and modern style. Downstair is Bus 41, 42 and U-Bahn4,2,14. It’s two Stations away to train station. Very convenient. Nearby is Stuttgart University, City Park, Cinema and Music Theater.
