Monthly Rentals in Las Piedras

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at the home. The home was very clean with many amenities provided. There is a large covered wrap around porch that we enjoyed relaxing on in the evening. The location was central to most east coast activities including ~1 hour from Luquillo beaches. If you considering staying at this home do not hesitate, we had a wonderful stay.

I stayed in this beautiful casita around 7 nights and it was an amazing experience. The location is good if you are looking to do things in the east side of the island, just a few steps from the shopping center. The Casita itself is an oasis of tranquility, with a chic and modern decor. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and clean. What really made my stay special was the hospitality of the hosts. They were very friendly and quickly answered all my questions. They even left me a welcome gift. Don't hesitate to book!" Out of all of our travels, this is one of our top places we’ve stayed and will be back! Everything was so comfortable and clean, clean, clean! Keith and Jenny thought all the comforts through! There is hot water, WiFi, propane, super comfortable beds w/ bedding, and AC. The views are beautiful! The outdoor kitchen was amazing and the way the tile reflects the light, the trees, and the sky is absolutely breathtaking. It’s very Feng Shui and wraps you completely in the environment! Everything was very well equipped. We loved watching the birds and animals all around, including his koi pond! Kieth was the best host! He took us through the property and we talked about the fruits and trees, which was both educational and fun! They brought us freshly laid eggs before and during our stay, recommended some local spots, and introduced us to the neighbors. We had great conversation and enjoyed the land! We used the dome for movie time in between our adventures. I want to write more!

We stayed at Marlene's place for a few days over Thanksgiving break. It is "in the mountains" and not near a lot of population or large towns which is what we were looking for. It is maybe 30 minutes to the nearest large town with fast food, the movie theater, etc. The view from the back patio is amazing and the pool was a great place to cool off. On the inside, there was ample room to spread out. The front bedroom faces the sun and the A/C couldn't really keep up, but the other two bedrooms were fine. The kitchen was nice for basic cooking, but was not as well stocked with pots and pans or cooking utensils as other places we have stayed. It did include a washer / dryer which was nice for mid-trip laundry. Everything was clean and well taken care of. We have no complaints and would definitely stay again if we are back in Puerto Rico and on this side of the island.
