Very nice villa with excellent location in more quiet area of meloneras. Really can recommend this villa especially to families!

We stayed at Loni's house with 3 generations and 7 people and spent a very relaxing 2.5 weeks there. Loni welcomed us warmly and toys were available for the children (5&2 years old). The house was ideal for us and there was everything we needed. Great for the kids is the big trampoline. From the elevated terrace you can see the beach and the sea. It's about a 10-minute walk to the nearest beach. Morro Jable is about a 25-minute walk. Loni was always available and gave us good tips. All in all it was very relaxed. A very very nice person. It is still worth mentioning that we communicated exclusively via mobile phone after booking and that was also completely fine. We will be happy to come back.

Great place, plenty of space for four people, nice wind shielded terrace with stunning views on the horses and the village + coastline.

The hosts were great, respected privacy and was very pleasant to deal with. The villa with the pool and game room was wonderful. A peaceful place to stay for couples and families with children. As we like the mountains, the hills nearby offered us terrain for beautiful runs with ocean views. The coast with beautiful beaches can be reached in approx. 25 min by car Paradise on earth, we would like to come back sometime (:

We wanted to move in to this casa, absolutely fell in love with the area and the house. The local town of San Mateo is very nice, with lots of independent shops as well as supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. The people are so friendly. We had a small hire car (Fiat 500), which I would recommend for the narrow roads and parking space. We were able to travel happily around Gran Canaria for an hour or more to different hiking areas. We ate in every evening. There is a nice kitchen, ample dining table, and with 2 of us, we had a sofa each 😁. The bedroom and balconies made us feel like Prince and Princess of the casa. Lovely decor throughout, and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very nice, with great lighting, and a hot powerful shower. The thing we enjoyed most was the hot tub. Coming back after hiking, and after freshening up, and using the robes provided, it was a perfect way to end the day. Ewelina gave perfect instructions and is very helpful. Thank you Ewelina.

4 of us stayed here for a week and loved the Villa. it was private, had everything you needed and was close to the beach and local restaurants. Amazing to have our own pool too, also a car parking space. Jesus was always available and quick to respond. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Nice house for quiet and private stay in gated neighborhood. We were greeted by the host and 😺 that accompanied us during our stay. Valsequillo area surprised us with nice hikes and paths we were not aware of despite visiting canary islands before - keep in mind reaching the paths from house is possible but best skipped by driving car to some parking lot nearby.

Super nice home. All rooms with their own bathrooms. Lovely pool with beautiful surroundings and a nice quiet area. We were super happy to have rented a car so we could easily and flexibly shop and drive around the island.

We had a wonderful week in the house. Everything you need is there. Perfect Sunset view included. 2 minutes walk to the supermarket.

Amazing villa with an unbeatable view of the dunes from the stylish roof terrace. Great pool, spacious house and very well equipped and beautifully kept. Perfect location for reaching both the Yumbo centre and the beach No. 7. Highly recommended.

Lovely house, a minutes walk to the beach, super restaurants on the promenade. House was very pleasant for a 2 week stay, had everything we needed and parking was always available on the street. Great authentic Spanish area, perfect!

We had a wonderful week. The accommodation is quietly located, beautiful views of the sea and the cottage well furnished. The sound of the sea is magnificent and the sunrise is a dream. The pool after a hike is pleasant for swimming. Maria welcomed us warmly and would be around if needed. Alejandra is quick to respond to requests and very accommodating. Nearby is a small airport, the small planes can be heard flying by during the day. However, this does not bother. We highly recommend the place.

We stayed as a family and we enjoyed it very much. It's like a beach house, right next to the ocean. Great view with nothing but ocean. The house itself was well equipped. Easy to live as a family with kids. There were some signs of damage like chipped window panels and floor. But nothing serious. The only thing that bothered me on the first day was the power generation plant on the far right, but i got used to it. Perfectly great place to chill and relax. Just be warned that this area is a bit more windy and feels colder than Puerto del Carmen. Fatima is a great host! thank you very much!

Spent 14 quiet and relaxing days. Beautiful house on a small hill above the beach. 2 minutes to the beach, very nice and safe for swimming. 15 minutes walk to the village, there good opportunity for shopping. Restaurants in the village average but were able to compensate well in our well equipped kitchen. Our host David very nice, pragmatic and straightforward. Nearby Zoo Oasis, I'm a bit critical but worth seeing. On Sunday there also nice market.

Sara was so helpful and responsive. The villa was perfect and had everything we needed and more! Lovely pool and outdoor area along with well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The location was so peaceful and private but still right on the doorstep of lovely beaches and the busy town with restaurants, shops and bars. Would definitely stay again and can’t recommend enough!

The villa was simply amazing. I’ve already booked to return next year. There’s a beautiful view, and complete relaxation-but when you get to the street, you have restaurants and bars and music. It’s like two different worlds, and you can choose which to be in. I highly recommend it (but not if you take my slot!).

Perfect stay, the accommodation and hospitality are excellent. The village is also lovely.
