Townhome vacation rentals in Lapu-Lapu City

We were fortunate to have booked Chona’s place for 3 weeks. Even before our trip, Chona was very accommodating and patient with all my queries. Their place is the perfect place to call “home away from home”. There was enough space for our family of five to not feel claustrophobic. She has a beautiful outdoor space, garden and a friendly dog named Covi that made us feel right at home. There is a sari-sari store across that sold water gallons which was very convenient. Aside from the bumpy road that leads to her place, which wasn’t so bad if you imagine it as a roller coaster ride, her place and the people around are warm and welcoming. For a family that has not traveled outside of Manila since March 2020, with qualms of being outside our comfort zone, Chona’s place was a cozy retreat and Chona and her family blessings.

It would be nice to have the kitchen stocked either utensils/storage boxes, sharp knives, pots, etc. Also would have been nice to have a washing machine.

The place is exactly what we needed during our short stay in Cebu. The host is very accommodating.

For the price that TaTa listed it, I felt that the house was worth way more. I loved the location, the flexible check in (upon request), and just the overall vibe of the house. It had aircon and WiFi which I both needed to survive working remotely. Lastly, TaTa was very helpful regarding my queries and even gave helpful information ahead of time. Will definitely recommend!

Place is clean and spacious. Very affordable. What’s really good is having your own wifi connection. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Smooth and homey. Enough rooms for us and comfy since there are 2 showers and 2 ac.

A particularly late check-in was made possible. Madam May was very friendly and helpful. Mr. Adi responded very quickly and the descriptions were very detailed. The room was very clean and air-conditioned. Very pleasant after a late flight. Recommended.

The space was clean. It was beautifully decorated too,providing a warm atmosphere. Sir Adi was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean and affordable. if you use grab, you can move your car to the front of the house. There is also a large grocery store nearby, so there is no inconvenience. I intend to use it again.

The host's sister was responsive, kind, considerate and helpful. The place is nice and quiet for a short stay. The area is bigger than expected. We were really comfortable with our stay.

Great place for our group of 5 guys guys with plenty of space and comfortable bedrooms. We wanted to stay outside of downtown Cebu so this townhouse was perfect but not far from some of the main attractions. The neighborhood feel safe and there was a 7 Eleven and other shops nearby including a late night bakery that was amazing. Great place!

Great place for a family with plenty of space- well thought out design with some extra quiet spots within the condo making it perfect for several people staying here. Its proximity to the markets was really handy as well. Travellers tip- Getting transport in Liloan such as a Maxim can be problematic so be sure to allow lead time to be picked up as most will come from Consolacion about 20 minutes away. Host was delightful and communicated well. Recommend this place!

My friends and I were truly able to enjoy our stay and celebrate our Christmas party, there were more than enough beds to accommodate all of us, and everything we needed to make breakfast was in the kitchen, toilets worked nicely, air conditioning too… overall a really great place to stay with friends. Would book again!
