I also had the chance to meet the hosts, Archana and Manit, and they were absolutely lovely—kind, welcoming, and full of helpful tips about the city. I had a great stay at Hemanth's place for about a month. The unit had everything needed for a long-term stay, and I was very comfortable. The highlight for me was the cozy corner with the TV and sofa. Hemanth was also very responsive and always available to assist if needed. I highly recommend this place!
