Located on 270 acres, this house and big yard will accommodate your group. We live and work on this farm. We are happy to show you around our farm. Activities around the farm when available will include visiting the cows and chickens. Enjoy scenic views from the deck, on one of our many trails or a walk down the road. Spend a quiet night around the fire.

The Beach House

Private deck with grill, fire pit, parking space, washer/dryer, pack n play, waterfront gazebo (shared), picnic tables, swimming, kayaks, paddle boards, row boat, pedal boat, fishing, ice fishing, ( bring your fishing gear, all water boating / kayaks /paddle boards, are ONLY available to use for staying / paying guests. Lake is electric motors only. (2 pet max)Dogs allowed (aggressive breed dogs not allowed, all dogs must be leashed, no cats allowed). Short drive to Frankenmuth approx 40 mins.

Our custom-built home is elevated, overlooking Lake Nepessing. The sunset views from 4 deck levels are spectacular. Mature trees, squirrels, birds, and fragrant flowers surround it. The private beach has a fire pit, patio chairs, and a hammock. Springtime, summer, winter, and fall. This place is the time for all seasons. World-class fishing walleye bass pike year-round. Sailing, windsurfing, pontooning, jet skiing in the summer & ice boating, snowmobile quad running & ice fishing all winter.
