Joy Villa Sa Pa is delightful. We enjoyed our stay. Can Kinh was an amazing hostess. She made sure we were comfortable and had what we ask for. Joy Villa Sa Pa is in Sapa Jade Hill Resort but not part of the resort. The Villa is at the top of the hill & is near the 2nd gate which was very convenient for taxi or Grab rides. We were welcome at the restaurant in Sa Pa Jade Hill Resort and did eat there a few times. The Villa is lovely, the kitchen could use a few more dishes, glasses, cups, pots & pans to cook with on those foggy days one does not feel like going out to eat. A quick ride into Sa Pa town you will find many restaurants. Tim's was one of our favs. The fireplace chimney could use a good cleaning out. We had one fire and the villa smelled strongly of creosote after. We never built another fire after that. Would we stay at Joy Villa again. Yes we would.

I had a wonderful stay at Rock Garden Homestay in Sapa! Even though the weather was cloudy and I couldn’t see the mountain views, the peaceful atmosphere and the warm hospitality of the hosts made it a memorable experience. The homestay itself is charming and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ensuring I felt at home. They prepared delicious meals that were perfect for the chilly weather, and their kindness truly brightened my trip. While I missed the famous mountain views due to the clouds, the serene surroundings and cool mist added a unique charm to the experience. It felt like being in a quiet, hidden retreat far away from the busy world. I highly recommend Rock Garden Homestay for anyone visiting Sapa. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature, even if the weather isn’t perfect. I hope to come back someday and catch those stunning views!
