The apartment is comfortable, spacious with a large superb terrace with an excellent view. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return there again.

Another months stay in this lovely Apartment. Stayed here last year and liked it so much we stayed again. It is well equipped for long stays and extremely comfortable. We find getting around very easy without a car. We made several trips to Roma and Frascati and other towns in the Castelli Romani. We highly recommend this lovely 🏠

This little apartment in Lanuvio is so special to my husband and me. We came here because our friends were getting married at the beautiful little church, Parish of Santa Maria Maggiore, not even a minute walk from the apartment. It is in such a gorgeous area and a classic little village of Italy. You can look over the breathtaking countryside and can even see the sea from far away at the little overlook down the street. There's even cute kitty cats all around the alleys too! Luca was an awesome host and was very diligent about conveying the location of the apartment and was even available to meet us out in the street to show us where it was. We also arrived a bit early, but he was totally fine letting us have an earlier check in. The apartment was so cute and cozy and just what we needed. It felt very much like home immediately. I especially love that there was a portable fan in the bedroom, which gave me the perfect white noise for sleeping. We would love to come back one day.

This little place is wonderful. A real little gem in a magical place, a stones throw away from Rome. 2 beautiful freshwater lakes with beaches and great for swimming. Incredible yummy fruits tarts available with great coffee in the plazza.
