Awesome Nine-Day Family Getaway! We just got back from an amazing nine-day stay at this apartment, and we had such a great time! The park right out front was perfect for our kids to run around and play. The kitchen was super handy for making family meals, and we loved having beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for our beach days. The swimming pool was a total hit! It’s not heated, but honestly, it was refreshing and just what we needed in December. Our kids had a blast splashing around! Plus, having Netflix for the kids was a lifesaver during our downtime. The place was super clean and cozy, making it feel like home. We really can’t wait to come back! If you’re looking for a fun family spot, this is it!

This place was amazing! Quiet, private, super clean! One of the cleanest AirBNB’s I have stayed in. Paul was very responsive and provided anything I needed that was not there. Bedding was extremely clean and you can tell it had been freshly washed (Can’t say the same about other homes lol). Plenty towels and wash rags. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Apartment is as described. Clean and no insects which isn’t always true in the south. All beds were comfortable. Master is more firm and the queen was softer. Living room furniture was good as was the dinette. Kitchen has sufficient items for cooking meals. There were items for the beach including cart, towels, snorkels, floaties and toys. Outside grill was used once which was nice to have. (It’s did take awhile to heat up.) Walk to the beach was easy, although ones does need to cross 4 lanes of traffic, but there wasn’t much when we went. The place is located conveniently to beach, scuba diving, restaurants and such. We enjoyed our time and look forward to returning! We appreciate the way Roman helped us with questions and items! You will not regret booking here!

This was a last minute booking. When I needed to extend my stay at another unit, Angela was quick to accommodate us into this one even allowing me to check in early because I was recovering after major surgery. She was very helpful and quick to answer all of our questions. The place was very clean, organized and everything we needed including access to washer/dryer

We had a wonderful stay at Kevin’s home. Thank you for having us. We loved the quiet neighborhood, proximity to the beach, and the side yard where our kids enjoyed playing. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We’d love to come back again!

We were in town returning from a cruise and decided to stop by and visit with our adult kids attending FAU. The convenience to FAU was only outshined by the pristine, tastefully-decorated, and fully stocked home that this host provided. Peter is rated as a "super-host" and it is a rating that is not only well-deserved but it also raises the bar for all the other hosts. His attention to detail with the decor, and generosity with amenities and supplies make any guest feel right at home. This will definitely be our first choice for future visits to our kids at FAU.

I’ve stayed at Lees property before, and always enjoy my stay. The pool is nice and well maintained, and somehow defies the laws of Florida, and is cool and refreshing even on the hottest of days. The screened in patio keeps bugs at bay, making it truly one of the best stays you can get. Our dogs love it as well. Lee is very friendly, and has always accommodated us, and has been flexible. Perfect communication, super friendly, is the best. Check in is super easy, with your own private entrance. It instantly feels like home, well definitely look at booking again the next time we’re in town!

A great spot for a weekend with or without kids. The grounds are well tended by staff and Danielle is a very proactive host, checking in every once in a while to ask how things are going even though we lacked nothing because they are so tentative to their guests. The beach is a hop and a skip away, but I recommend a wagon to haul all of your beach things if you’re traveling as a family. There’s plenty to eat in the area and a publix not even five minutes down the road by car, and with the pier nearby there can be events and parties so there are lots of ways to have fun in the area even if you manage to get a sunburn at the beach on day one you will find other ways to have fun out of the sun. We had an awesome time with the kids, and already plan to keep this spot in our back pocket as a solid option to get the kids outside for a weekend.

Great stay! This was a perfect place for my wife and I to enjoy a little honeymoon. Close to the beach and restaurants. Do not hesitate to book here

This rental was perfect for what we needed it to be! The bedrooms are a little bit smaller than the pictures make them out to be but that is okay. We weren’t going to be spending a ton of time there anyways other than to sleep so it worked for us! The location cannot be beat. Walkable to so many restaurants, shops and Publix. Houman was very kind and very responsive to our needs! The floors could’ve used a scrub but other than that it was perfect :)

The perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation!

If you are a woman or solo traveler and want a safe place that is out of the "Fray" but still within walking distance of everything, this is it. I felt very safe and the place was nice and quiet for sleeping, but if I wanted a quick meal or just a safe walk I could just slip on some walking shoes and venture out! Great restaurants and people watching, beautiful architecture abound just outside your carriage house door. However the Carriage House itself is so clean and comfy? You may not want to leave:) It's well appointed with giant windows, grand views, calm colors, a bed with just the right firm base and cush on top, dreamy linens, forget the alarm clock, it's vacation....

This little place is so cozy and neat. We loved relaxing to the view of the pool. Each morning we could grab a coffee just 1 block away, to enjoy while walking up and down the beach sidewalk. It felt like a small community where we could walk to get to everything. We are returning for sure. Dave and Heidi are friendly and communicated very thoroughly.

the Precious Sun Rental was great, we needed a quick place to stay to weather the storm in our area, and it accommodate my wife, myself, along with our 3 kids and the doggie. plenty of room and amazing cute set up. along with us using as a shelter, it wwas perfectly located by the beach and restaurants. we made the best out of our situation and they help greatly with the use of the property.

This Airbnb was perfection: ideal location, gorgeous decor, and walking distance to everything you could want. It felt like living in a rom-com montage. But let’s talk about the real star, the homemade mango ice cream. Creamy, tropical, and utterly divine, it was like a little scoop of paradise in a bowl. Honestly, I’d book this place again just for the mangoes. Thanks for a memorable stay!

I stayed at Michael’s listing for one month. I had a truly seamless and enjoyable stay. there’s everything you could want for a long-term Airbnb but it’s also perfect for beach weekend. I made use of the beach towels, washer and dryer, the nice shampoo and conditioner, and all the kitchen equipment during my stay. Lake Worth Beach is a very cute area with a walkable taco shop and coffee shops and Michael’s place is walkable (1-2miles) to the beach which I did often while I was staying. Bryant Park next-door always has something cool going on and there’s a small weekly farmers market right across the bridge! The shared outdoor space is so lovely and I often went out there to read or eat! I would absolutely stay here again.

Tim and David were quickly responsive to any questions we had. We loved this location and already have booked a return stay. Less than a 5 minute walk to Publix’s, CVS and the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the beach chairs and washer and dryer available.

Wonderful experience!! I evacuated Sarasota with my dog the morning before hurricane Milton arrived so this was a last-minute reservation but Rachel was prompt in answering and was able to accommodate us right away. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated. I also loved the location—so convenient for walking my dog as there was a waterfront park nearby and a charming historic neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this place and I hope to return myself someday. Thanks again for everything.
