My stay was wonderful! I locked myself out and Denise got there quickly to help me. The pool and everything inside was super clean!

Only a block from the beach, two blocks from the pier. Walkable to good restaurants. Loved that they had beach chairs for us to use.

Really comfy. Good area close to the beach.

Just as described and has everything you need for a great getaway.

We were in town returning from a cruise and decided to stop by and visit with our adult kids attending FAU. The convenience to FAU was only outshined by the pristine, tastefully-decorated, and fully stocked home that this host provided. Peter is rated as a "super-host" and it is a rating that is not only well-deserved but it also raises the bar for all the other hosts. His attention to detail with the decor, and generosity with amenities and supplies make any guest feel right at home. This will definitely be our first choice for future visits to our kids at FAU.

Cedrick’s studio was a perfect fit for me! I was able to walk to all the restaurants and bars/intercoastal/ even fitness classes. Short drive to the beach. The air conditioning and temperature inside the studio is perfect along with a comfortable bed and a full equipped kitchen. Pest control came while I was staying there for a month and never saw one bug. Parking was right outside the door on the street never an issue I will definitely stay again when I’m in town!!!

The listing matched the description. The hosts were responsive and made our stay easy. They were willing to get a small crib for us so that we could use it for our stay. The apartment was clean and generally close to what we needed to get to

I’ve stayed at Lees property before, and always enjoy my stay. The pool is nice and well maintained, and somehow defies the laws of Florida, and is cool and refreshing even on the hottest of days. The screened in patio keeps bugs at bay, making it truly one of the best stays you can get. Our dogs love it as well. Lee is very friendly, and has always accommodated us, and has been flexible. Perfect communication, super friendly, is the best. Check in is super easy, with your own private entrance. It instantly feels like home, well definitely look at booking again the next time we’re in town!

A great spot for a weekend with or without kids. The grounds are well tended by staff and Danielle is a very proactive host, checking in every once in a while to ask how things are going even though we lacked nothing because they are so tentative to their guests. The beach is a hop and a skip away, but I recommend a wagon to haul all of your beach things if you’re traveling as a family. There’s plenty to eat in the area and a publix not even five minutes down the road by car, and with the pier nearby there can be events and parties so there are lots of ways to have fun in the area even if you manage to get a sunburn at the beach on day one you will find other ways to have fun out of the sun. We had an awesome time with the kids, and already plan to keep this spot in our back pocket as a solid option to get the kids outside for a weekend.

Great apartment for the price. Very clean and had everything I needed. Responsive host when I had questions. Great instructional manual about apartment and area. The outside seating area was a great bonus.

Shavonne's apartment was a great choice. I stayed there with my parents, and we had a pleasant time. What we loved about the place is that has everything for you to stay in, is in a quiet neighborhood, and is very well located. I will definitely come back an recommend others to stay as well!

Great Condo! nicely decorated, comfortable king bed, had everything you need. Personally not a fan of Keurig but we purchased a reuseable filter for our coffee since we are coffee lovers. Will stay here again, love Casa Costa. And beach pass was a fantastic plus!!!

I found this place spacious, even though it may be a little out dated it was clean and maintained. We were able to walk right over to City Place where they had shopping and restaurants. We felt safe and enjoyed morning walls around the area. One of the good part about the place was the washer and dryer. I only have a couple of issues, one was no ironing board but there was an iron and the other was whoever was upstairs wanted to make their presence known. They would do hard walking or pace across the floor at all times of the day and night. This was very anannoying.

great place and great host, would definitely stay again

the Precious Sun Rental was great, we needed a quick place to stay to weather the storm in our area, and it accommodate my wife, myself, along with our 3 kids and the doggie. plenty of room and amazing cute set up. along with us using as a shelter, it wwas perfectly located by the beach and restaurants. we made the best out of our situation and they help greatly with the use of the property.

Great place and close to beach. Really. Ice garden and closed deck with hot tub. Very pet friendly. Would return for sure!

William was great! Very nice and accommodating. Super grateful for our week long stay at his place as it was exactly what we needed, and definitely could never beat the price! We would stay here again for sure. Thank you for everything!

This place is an awesome stay, exceeded my expectations by a lot! The house was very clean and every thing we needed was provided even wireless phone chargers by the beds. I have nothing bad to say about it and we will be back. You can definitely tell Fernando takes pride in his properties!
