In the living room, there is a sofa bed for a third person, a dining area and a kitchen corner with fridge and two-burner stove. In the bedroom there is a 1.40 x 2.00 m bed. Shower room is available. Our yard is at your disposal. For your car you will be provided with a parking permit. The apartments are not suitable for people with disabilities. Pets are not allowed with us.

We are a friendly family and rent out our 60 sqm apartment for max. 4 people. The apartment is in the basement of our 2 family house! Local tourist tax is payable on site!!! The apartment is located directly next to the forest (with forest playground) with access to hiking and mountain biking trails! In the beautiful Lautenthal you will find many hiking opportunities, excellent bike paths and mountain bike trails. For bikers, Lautenthal is a great start in the winding Harz!

Our apartment is located in an old forest house "the power house", which was built in 1902. It is a bit remote, in the middle of nature. The Schalker pond is within walking distance. We offer a laundry package for €12.50 per person (towels, blankets and pillowcases). The contribution for the spa company is €2.40/night for adults and €1.62/night for children from 6 years. It is not included in the accommodation price. Payment is made on site.
