Had a great stay in this apartment. We had everything we needed. The washing machine was a god send as were the air conditioners. Lovely local hosts. A tiny negative was having to find parking on the street which was only difficult a couple of times. I would definitely recommend.

Pleasant stay in a quiet apartment, spacious and with the right comforts; note of merit is also the picturesque garden of the building. Ideal location to walk to the center of Vasto, with a breathtaking panoramic terrace in the immediate vicinity and convenient parking areas. Mrs. Annalisa and her husband are very friendly and helpful hosts. Recommended!

It’s my second time to stay at Leonarda’s place. As during my previous stay everything was above and beyond expectations. I will definitely come back if again in Pescara. Thank you Leonarda for being such a generous and caring host!

Christian's apartment was just like the photos - exquisite! We were attending a family wedding and everyone was amazed at our accommodation in comparison to their hotels. Christian was so helpful and answered any queries we had promptly and without fuss. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Pescara - restaurants, shops, cafe's, bars and beach within close proximity.

Danilo is as warm and friendly as his apartment is as warm and inviting to stay in. Very quiet and peaceful with one amazing view of the Adriatic Sea. Last night I was up watching the storm that was out at sea. If you are coming anywhere near Vasto Italy and need a place to stay in, I strongly recommend stay at Danilo apartment! The house is just beyond Vasto Marina (2 minutes by car) in a residence directly on the sea. For us who have a child of almost three years old, it was a great solution. Life in contact with nature with the sea next door. Low, clear water ideal for children. Spacious and relaxing free beach. The house is simple but with all the things you need and very clean. Monica is very welcoming but also respectful of the privacy of her guests. Beautiful vacation. Thank you Monica! Viva Vasto!

This was a lovely apartment for our family of 6. We were able to have adequate room for all of us to be together or to separate with our own balconies. Having an outdoor and indoor dining table made meals together a lovely thing! Restaurants were easy to walk to and so was gelato. Overall, a wonderful home for our family trip!

Anca was a great AirBnB host...Attentative and responsive..Great local tips...Helped with translation from English to Italian. She joined us in some great walks around Raiano. Her Air BnB apartment was in a great location between the train station and the bus stop. The central part of Raiano is walkable and Anca's apartment was centrally located. She left us a complete guide of the restaraunts with hours and directions. The apartment has lots of natural light and gets light from three directions. The apartment is one level up from the street level, so you have privacy, but with the windows open you can hear and be part of Italian street life. The apartment finish is perfect with a full kitchen and large bathroom with washer for clothes. We will definently stay with Anca again in the future. I highly recommed Anca and she is a top level Air BnB Host!

Gorgeous! Very comfortable apartment in the beautiful old hilltop town with amazing views all around! We were wishing for a few more dishes (bowls would’ve been helpful) and perhaps an electric stove top and pots, but this place only has a small fridge and microwave and coffee machine. We luckily found the restaurant La Tacchinella open on a Thursday evening (they usually only open Saturdays for dinner; only lunch the other days). I highly recommend this place for the amazing scenery, but plan where to eat better than we did.

What a find! This is a marvelous place to stay. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Everything was clean and well presented. The owners left a fruit bowl and a delicious cake for us in the kitchen, there was yogurt, juice and milk in the fridge. Lots of coffee options. Comfortable bed and linens. The bathroom was large and well appointed. We loved the view from the balcony y—just like in the pictures. The apartment is very conveniently located just steps from Corso Ovidio, the Main Street through the centro—just cross the street and go up the stairs and you are there!. Restaurants and bars are everywhere and the shopping is great. This was a very enjoyable stay, I would definitely recommend it and I would stay here again!

the house is beautiful. We had a beautiful stay as if we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who goes to Lanciano, Romina was very nice and very kind. We'll be back here again.

Everything was perfect, the first time I find oil and salt in the kitchen is more coffee pods that are usually counted... a blanket was missing to be on the "sheltered" sofa

This is a lovely place to stay, all mod cons, balcony, facilities, pool (need swimming hat), and really near the beach. Elsa round the corner is a lovely little restaurant on the beach. No bother from the railway nearby. Pizza place down toward the marina on the right is great. Comfy beds, really good bathroom.

The apartment is really very nice, in a very convenient location to reach several beaches (by car, on foot it becomes more difficult because the residence is not on the coast). The owner is really super cute, she waited patiently for us while we couldn't find the right way and also brought us a cold bottle of water to cool off after the trip. The apartment did not seem fresh to us cleaning, there was some dust, but you can't say that it was not taken care of or that this particular caused problems; it was a splendid stay, and the view from the terraces is really nice.

Everything is great, just the hot tub when it beats too much the heat doesn't work well.

A super place to chill in the outstandingly beautiful landscape. Paolo was a superb host and the apartment was beautifully cool and clean. We loved the pool and lush gardens. So many places to see nearby. And the multitude of very Italian beaches along the coast.
