We booked at short notice and I didn't have an internet connection on the way and therefore no check-in information. I was introduced to the house politely and relaxed on site by phone. In the kitchen we were able to prepare our dinner and eat quietly. The internet worked perfectly for a webinar in the evening. For breakfast there were free snacks and coffees. The checkout was hassle-free. Everything in the house was very clean!

It was a very pleasant stay, very attentive and detailed, everything was very clean and located in a beautiful village with an ideal environment. It is recommended for everyone already traveling alone or as a family

This is our second time at Giovanni’s place and probably won’t be the last. We love Penne and Giovanni’s is right on the main square. Lovely place, all good things.

If you are looking for an unconventional place to feel free and comfortable as if you were at home in your own home, but with the advantage of being immersed in nature and tranquility, this is the place to go. Giovanni and Francesca and the cute little Levante, with their sincere hospitality, make you have a truly unforgettable experience.

A beautiful and brand new place, in a very convenient location to reach is close to the city center, also reachable on foot, taking a pleasant walk. Elio and his wife were very kind and very attentive to all our needs. Highly recommended

We had a great time at the Amblingh Residence. Our room, the loggia, was beautiful and super clean. It is spread over two levels; downstairs the bathroom (enclosed in two transparent walls) and upstairs the bed. Superlative breakfast in a room that alone deserves the trip. The entrance of the structure with candles that make the atmosphere more intimate and romantic. Super friendly staff, really thoughtful and courteous. They also made us find robes in the room after they requested them at the reception. We'll definitely be back.

Awesome! Gianni was super attentive! He communicated proactively and even offered us a larger room, for the same reservation. A typical Italian breakfast was included: brioche and coffee! The B&B has been renovated and is sensational! breathtaking views. Tks, Gianni!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! The apartment was just like in the photos – modern, clean and well appointed. Location was perfect, with lots of restaurants and places of interest nearby. We particularly liked the quietness in the apartment despite the central location. The host was very friendly and helpful. Communication was quick and straightforward, which made our stay even more enjoyable. All in all it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely return. Absolutely recommended!
