Beachfront vacation rentals in Lance aux Epines

A cozy getaway that is right next to TWO of the best beaches in Grenada. Very private, well organized and certainly worth the money. Somewhat walkable to Anse beach, and relatively close to the shopping mall. Check out the bar next door, they're doing amazing rum punches! You would NEED a car though, anything works - but for island exploration you'd need a 4x4. Be prepared to face weekend "traffic" sometimes as it feels like the whole island comes to visit the park in the neighborhood, and they're trying to fit two-way traffic into half of the lane. Relax and enjoy your 1-hour long drive to get past 1000 feet jam.

Had an excellent 3 week stay. Habib went above and beyond the expectations of any Airbnb host. The Wifi is good in case you need to do some work, I had no problems with Zoom meetings (Usually around 15mbps). The house is only a 10 minute walk from over a dozen food spots and the SGU bus stop is just down the road. I regularly just walked to the campus, however. The view from the backyard is impressive, I enjoyed the sunsrises and the private beach. Will definitely come again next time I'm in Grenada!

This apartment is a great opportunity when you are in Grenada, the views of Grand Anse are amazing and the apartment is very spacious and full of light. It has a big terrace and amazing roof top view. You can perfectly walk to the beach, although there is a hill, but is worth the view! And also a very nice workout. On the botton of the hill you can take the local bus very easy. If you have a car even more easy! The kitchen is fully equipated and the place is quite, specially at night. Nice place to meet the amazing local people of Grenada, one of the main highlights of the Island!!

Ideal location, close to bus routes, beaches, restaurants and the town centre. Host were friendly and helpful which enhanced our stay We look forward to our return next year

Peaceful location with a beautiful outlook over the marina. Well equipped cottage and friendly helpful staff on hand. Be prepared to walk a fair distance to use public transport or consider renting a vehicle as not close to main transport links. ( hence the peaceful location) Great restaurant and bar on site if you don’t want to go too far.

There aren't enough words to describe our experience on the Yacht Freedom with Gerrie & Hettie. From the time we checked-in, to departing, everything was perfect. We had a great time snorkeling, sharing stories and drinking rum punch. Gerrie and Hettie are the best hosts and all-around amazing people. If you have the opportunity, it's a must stay.

Spice of life really is a luxury villa. The villa is beautiful, clean and well thought out. The views are incredible. The pool was fantastic. Mrs B the house keeper was so kind and caring. Couldn't of asked for anything more. thanks for letting us stay in your home.

Stunning location, very peaceful with lovely views. Apartment was spacious and clean. Mattress and pillows could use an upgrade, but overall very comfortable. Enjoyed our meals in the evening, good home cooked food.

I enjoyed my stay at the apartment which was fully stocked and equipped with everything I needed. Her tips, local recommendations were very helpful as I was new to the area. Also, her instructions for entry was spot on I had no problems finding the place or settling in. The highlight for me was the 3min. walk to the beach which was the number one thing I was looking for for my stay. It was just what I needed and am glad I booked here. Would recommend and do so again.

Came here for Christmas with my family. The place is cozy and set in an idyllic location. We had a tree set up before we got in which was lovely for the kids. It felt intimate and had what we needed- simple and clean. Janet, Philomena and Veneta were very attentive. If you want simple, a bit rustic and peaceful - this place is for you. No immediate view from the inside of the house but walk outside and this place feels like a bit of heaven. Nearby houses but does not encroach on this property. One may be concerned about the wrought iron above the central courtyard and windows but overall adds a sense of security. We did not have a bad day here. Amazing water pressure and nothing like soaking in the pool At the end of a busy day after sightseeing all the amazing things to do in Grenada. Loved loved being here. Not high end by any means but simple, small and purely perfect!

At first I was skeptical to book based on previous reviews. But I am glad I did, the house is in great condition, very spacious, high ceilings, and all the amenities you would need as if you were home, my children were happy, you can walk to the Beach, they all had their own room, Wifi, air conditioning worked very well thank God in every room, there’s a washing machine & dryer, I def made use of that, it was needed. And The best was having food & drinks pool side w/ accessories with my family for Christmas. ( there is a BBQ grill we didn’t get to use, we did more indoor cooking) I would def return if it is ever available next time I visit. No regrets! Thank you Mr. G. (Family of 5, Xmas 2023)

Myself, my husband and our friends stayed at Forget Me Not cottage for 10 days. This review is based on all four of our inputs. Excellent location for beach and restaurants access. Majority voted: yes! The cottage itself was quirky in a very charming way, comfortable and clean. The view from the back patio was stunning. The ocean was the most incredible hues of blue/green. The AC in the bedrooms made for a good night's sleep. The Kitchen was extremely well equipped, and we felt very at home cooking our breakfasts together. Water pressure was a little low, but that's island/solar life! The co-host Kim was super helpful and responded very quickly to any of our questions. We would all reccomend a stay at this charming, seaside cottage! It was an amazing adventure!

Rachel is a friendly, sociable host, smiling and respects our privacy. Rachel responded quickly to our requests, she is easily reachable by internet or telephone. She even offered us transportation for my birthday to go to the restaurant and then came to pick us up from the restaurant. the accommodation is clean the journey is a good walk to the beach or the bus is within walking distance. I enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening we had a nice breeze. during the day we could clearly see the sea seen from the porch I loved my stay at Rachel's I recommend

Vittoria gave clear instructions to finding her home, however we had no phone data to call her for help. it didn't help our flight was delayed 4 hours and we arrived in the dark. Vittoria had good local knowledge and gave us recommendations. We did walk to the beach but the walk back was up hill.

We stayed at Joy’s place right after getting off our sail boat. It’s breezy, quiet and spacious. Enjoyed walking to the True Blue Bay Resort for daily morning yoga class. The Container Park offers variety of cuisines and a relaxed University atmosphere. The apartment itself has everything we needed and Joy is a warm, responsive host. I recommend it!

Nigel and Alvin was very communicative, the place looked as described. Great location, it was like a home away from home place. Would surely recommend this place to friends and family

Anthea and her husband were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The view from the apartment beautiful and the fruit bowl and other goodies that Anthea had left for us were much appreciated. Very easy walk to restaurants, shops and the boat yard. Enjoyed our stay. The place had all the things we needed jf we wanted to eat in and also had lots of restaurants within walking distance. The veranda had a nice view and was perfect for peaceful evenings. Grand Anse Beach was very close. Best to check the tide for the shorter walk...you will get wet at high tide. The longer walk was still very doable. Our host Curtis was very friendly and helpful.
