Vacation rentals in Grenada

We loved the home, the location, the semi-private beach 5 minutes away. John and Anita were extremely responsive guests. They also recommended a boat tour with Michael, which was wonderful and cannot be missed. The only negative part was the welcome from the local manager Nurlyn; we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, and she was clearly upset about it. She was in a big hurry to leave, so she did not explain anything about the house. There was not even a small bottle of water, so we had to go out to get it. She said the front door was always open and we could not lock the house, which left us very concerned. The good thing is that John and Anita called her the next morning, her attitude changed, and she sent someone to fix the door. Overall a wonderful experience!

We stayed at Randall’s place with another couple. It was perfect size for the four of us but there is a third bedroom and would work for a third couple too. It was very clean and comfortable. We did not cook but the kitchen has everything you need for that. There is a spacious fenced in yard and a great patio where we sat in the morning and evenings. It is just a short walk to the grocery store and Grand Anse beach which has tons of beach bars and restaurants. You don’t need a car when you stay but having one allowed us to explore the beauty of the island. We all felt it was a great value for how safe, clean, and convenient the home was. We would book here again!

I can honestly say that this was the best trip of my life. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location, just a 5 min walk to the grocery store and a variety of delicious eateries along Maurice Bishop Highway. The beach is only a 20 min walk, but it's also very easy to just catch a bus straight there for $1 US or $2.50 EC if you don't feel like walking. We also used the Haylup app quite a bit for rides while out and about, which was very convenient. The neighborhood itself is lovely, my partner and I liked to take strolls around the neighborhood every night to unwind from the day, and we always felt very safe. Finally, our hostess Gleetha was nothing short of AMAZING, so warm and kind and doing everything in her power to make us comfortable. I'm a very introverted person who usually feels shy and awkward, but with Gleetha it felt talking to a friend I've known for years. I could go on but I'm running out of characters, so I'll end with THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!

Nicholas started as a great host and quickly became a great friend. I had special circumstances and he helped solve each issue often going out of his way. Always a positive attitude. Could say lots more. Highly recommended.

Excellent place to stay when visiting Grenada. We had all the comforts of home. The rooftop deck was so nice to have coffee in the morning and enjoy a drink in the evening. Thank you to Shannon and Anthea for making our stay such a pleasure. We will definitely be returning.

We first just booked 5 nights, but then decided to stay for our vacation of 2 weeks with Reene. The location was great for us, up the hill, but thus far enough away from the main road and still close to the beach (5 min) and the bus, which we took to do our excursions to the south, the north, the jungle and St. Georges. With Reenes help everything was even easier. she was such a great host, answered all our questions, organized a snorkeling trip for us and picked us up from the airport and even organized someone to give us a ride to the airport when we depatured. We spent two weeks calling Little Cocoa home and can’t stop talking about when we can return. Shelley and Phillip are truly lovely, embracing and helpful and hold a special place in our hearts. They have created a magical retreat to slow down, unwind and immerse yourself in all that Grenada has to offer. The location was perfect for us, away from the bustle of town but with easy access (via car) to everything we needed. We highly recommend coordinating with Shelley and Phillip on their fabulous dinner option and also setting aside time to explore the property with Philip to learn about the native plants, trees and animals while gathering nutmeg! A few practical notes: the ATM at the local gas station worked for our US debit cards; we had wonderful meals at both Laura’s (BBQ night is an amazing value) and La Sagesse; if you bring US currency be sure it is in new or excellent condition; the ferry to/from Carriacou only takes cash for tickets and the sea can be very entertaining.

Our stay was great and it accommodated several adults and a baby very well. The home is very spacious and we loved the ability for all of us to utilize the indoor and outdoor spaces without feeling crowded. The ocean view from the master bedroom was also great. The amenities made us feel at home during our stay and the host was always responsive and accommodated all our needs.

Wonderful home to enjoy time with family and friends. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with some beach options that are walkable. The pool has a tremendous view of the bay and is the perfect spot to watch the sunset. Dave was a great host, communicated well and was very helpful. Would absolutely return.

We rented the entire Two Bays Villa for the XMAS holiday. We loved was how private and peaceful the home was, while still having access to the Cabier Lodge restaurant/bar, laundry, massage appointments and whatever support needed. Abigail and Alexander could not be better hosts. The directions Alexander provided before our arrival were spot on. Check in was easy-peasy. If you want to stay off the beaten path and away from any crowds - Two Bays at Cabier Bay is the ticket. We rented our own car so we had access to lots of activities on this side of the island (Etang national park, River Antoine Rum Distillery, Laura's spice gardens, Belmont Estates, etc.) The only caution is that driving in Grenada is not for the faint of heart. The roads are twisty turning, narrow, parked vehicles on both sides, pedestrians, dogs, chickens and other obstacles to watch for...You need transport if you stay in Cabier/Crochu Bay so you need to decide if a rented vehicle or a driver is best for you.

The Tower is a beautiful property nestled atop the hills with amazing 360 views of Grenada. The amenities were exactly as depicted and we thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay. Ingrid the housekeeper is very warm and welcoming and was willing to assist as little or as much as needed and never felt intrusive. Definitely recommend if you are traveling to Grenada!

This place is exceptional, beautiful and breathtaking. They thought of everything you may need to feel at home down to a shot glass. The whole house is a photo opportunity, it’s not only an amazing house the outdoor area is even better than the pictures. The outdoor shower gives country vibes. My mother is not a fan of air b&b and this stay changed her mind. She didn’t know a place like this was in her birth country. It gave us a home feel times ten. We will definitely be back. I recommend this place to anyone with kids with out kids. It has everything.

We had a wonderful stay at Cliff Edge. The location and the view were beautiful. The house was spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed spending time in the screened-in porch and the pool. Kim and Gerard were incredibly responsive and helpful. We had some damage to our rental car and Gerard promptly went with me to the rental agency. Aside from the beautiful home, I would recommend thinking twice before renting a car here due to the condition of the roads and the local drivers. If you do rent, pay for the insurance that eliminates all your responsibility for any damage. You can always get a taxi at the market below to take you up the hill. I also highly recommend the Haylup app, which is the local version of Uber. The rides are much cheaper than a taxi.

Hirondelle is the most special villa we have ever stayed in. The spectacular location offers breathtaking views, total privacy and amazing breezes. The home is modern and well laid out with plenty of relation space for a large family or group. Ice cold A/C at night in the bedrooms and cross breezes thru the main living space are heavenly. Can't say enough about the owner and management team. Your every need or concern should one arise, will be immediately addressed. Although located off the beaten path and private, the property is just minutes from the best beaches, excellent restaurants, grocery, and shopping. Our second visit to Hirondelle was just as wonderful as our first!

We can't say enough about our stay! The pictures don't do it justice - the space let the three of us spread out, relax, feel at home, and take in the views. The location is amazing, and after we figured out the bus system, it is just as convenient to use local transport as it is to drive. The recommendations from the host were spot on (though I will make a plug for Mama Joy's lunch at Hard Wood cafe on Paradise Beach!! Best food we found on the island). Francois was incredibly kind, responsive, and went over and above to make sure we had a pleasant stay - even accommodating an extra night when we couldn't bring ourselves to leave the island. What a gem!!

We enjoyed our stay at Kenron’s place in beautiful Grenada! Kenron was quick and super helpful with answering any questions and inquiries we had. His place is spacious and very tidy. The location was lovely being up in the hills, though it’s a bit of a drive from the beach. We loved taking the very efficient and exciting buses, which can be reached just a short walk from the apartment. Grenada and its people are amazing! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Marcelle and Peter were very accommodating. They met us upon arrival and gave us a tour. Marcelle reached out every day to make sure our stay was going well. There were a couple things we asked for (big pots and pans) for cooking and she brought them right over. The place is surrounded by trees and plants and feels private. Will be staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Mondel’s villa. He was an excellent host - great communicator, very responsive and helped with local recommendations. Mondel was there to greet us and show us around. The house was spotless and well stocked. The outdoor space was amazing with a fabulous pool, outdoor kitchen and entertainment area. Thank you for a fabulous stay! :)

Nathan's property on Edwards Street is a Go To when we have guests visiting Grenada. The home is very well appointed with top end appliances in the kitchen, A/C throughout the house, and the rooftop deck is "icing on the cake". Nathan is always responsive and makes it easy to stay there and feel at home.

I enjoyed staying at Junius home. It was cozy and felt like home for my friend and I. Helpful people in the area, it was little difficult find but once we located home it was as described and pictured. I would definitely stay again during off season. For spice MAs I would have needed something closer to town. Thank you again for hosting this beautiful location

Everything was in line with the photographs and descriptions. The location although slightly out of town has a superb view and is quiet and I found the bars and restaurants easily walkable. Pat was always available to answer any queries but I had a stress free 6 month stay and have already booked to go back for a short stay later in the year.

My family and I totally enjoyed staying at this home, it was clean, spacious and comfortable, we spent quite a bit of time sitting by the little pool in the front yard after roaming around the island with that cool breeze that makes you sleepy, it was so peaceful and relaxing. All our questions or needs was dealt with very promptly by either the house manager Fiona or the owner Afi. All in all this is a place that I would certainly come back to. Thank you Afi and your team for contributing to making our visit to Grenada a very enjoyable one.

We had a great family holiday staying at Hideaway Apartments for 11 nights over Xmas/New Year. Was very nice staying just feet from the Caribbean sea. We were able to park our rental car on site. Only minor negative was the apartment could have been a little cleaner on arrival. The hosts were very generous with providing fresh bath and beach towels on a regular basis. Overall would highly recommend. Families with young children will really enjoy the recently added swimming pool.
