Carriacou villas

We loved the home, the location, the semi-private beach 5 minutes away. John and Anita were extremely responsive guests. They also recommended a boat tour with Michael, which was wonderful and cannot be missed. The only negative part was the welcome from the local manager Nurlyn; we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, and she was clearly upset about it. She was in a big hurry to leave, so she did not explain anything about the house. There was not even a small bottle of water, so we had to go out to get it. She said the front door was always open and we could not lock the house, which left us very concerned. The good thing is that John and Anita called her the next morning, her attitude changed, and she sent someone to fix the door. Overall a wonderful experience!

We didn't end up staying but Carolyn was extremely helpful in assisting us in the build up!

Everything was in line with the photographs and descriptions. The location although slightly out of town has a superb view and is quiet and I found the bars and restaurants easily walkable. Pat was always available to answer any queries but I had a stress free 6 month stay and have already booked to go back for a short stay later in the year.

Beautiful home on the most beautiful beach! Waking up and walking steps to the warm sea was perfect. The home is very well stocked with everything one needs to cook. I can’t say enough about the home except that I wish I was there longer! Thank you for a perfect experience and introduction to Carricou!

Staying at Monica and Ross’s apartment was absolutely wonderful! The space was warm, inviting, and felt like a true home away from home. Everything was spotless on arrival, and the apartment was well-stocked with essentials, including fresh towels, toiletries. The location couldn’t have been better—close to shops, beaches , and public transport, making it super convenient to explore the area . Monica and Ross were fantastic hosts—super responsive and thoughtful. They made check-in a breeze and even gave some great local recommendations that really helped us make the most of our trip. If you're looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-managed place to stay, I highly recommend this apartment. I would absolutely stay here again!

Anne & Matthew's "Tiny House" is ideally located, secluded with stunning views and impeccably designed. They have put great care and thought into every aspect of the space and amenities. They have tried to think of absolutely everything from instructions to use appliances to ribbon markers to help find the local beaches! They are the best hosts you could hope for and happy to answer questions or make recommendations. We did rent a 4WD car and were glad that we did so we could explore the island and it made access easier up the dirt road (recent rainstorms). Beach Bums is a little piece of heaven located near the beautiful Paradise Beach and the island's best restaurants/boat tours. One thing we should note: We were traveling mid-May from the USA and struggled at night to sleep due to the lack of A/C. Other than that there is absolutely nothing we could have wanted/needed. Beach Bums is truly a hidden gem! We loved Carriacou and hope to return very soon!

BRIAN IS JUST GREAT!!!!!. 😃😃😃 He help to me several times taking me with his car for all around the Island!!! (to the harbour before starting a tour, from the harbour to the city after the tour, from the city to the harbour again to take the ferry, etc.). He help to me everytime I need something!!!, because of that I put 5 stars in all 👍😎; ah, and the apartment was really great, actualy: big, with big bed, comfortable, and with all you can need in a stay in Carriacou. The location in the center of the city helps a los, too!!!. 👌😉 SO, I SUPER-RECOMEND THE APARTMENT OF BRIAN, IS A GREAT CHOICE TO STAY IN CARRIACOU!!!!!.

This was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. I enjoyed the serenity from the views and nature. The host displayed great hospitality from the moment I booked. They offer so many complimentary things like tea and a ride to and from the Osprey ferry line. Overall my stay was pleasant and I would consider this a top choice for my next stay in Carriacou.

Lovely accommodation with amazing views! Very peaceful surroundings and a short 10 minute walk into town with supermarkets and restaurants. The kitchen has lots of equipment and utensils so easy to self cater there are a number of food shops, a market and stalls selling fruit and vegetables in town. Deefer divers is a short walk if you want to dive or snorkel. There is a small beach accessed through the garden of the Green Roof hotel next door where you can swim and snorkel. The hotel does lovely food too.

Bogles Round House is a lovely property in a beautiful location by the sea. Rooms are large, with a roomy covered outside space, really peaceful area and comfortable bed. Roxanne is a lovely person but has a lot on with running Bogles, two restaurants and helping people with the rebuilding after the hurricane. This does mean though that guests must accept that they need to be independent and not expect 5 star service. Breakfast is great but not always available, and the restaurant was not open during our stay. It would have been really helpful to know this on the listing which would make guest arrival much easier. Most shops and restaurants haven’t yet re-opened, so using a hire car or the local buses is the only way to get around. Having said that, everyone on the island we met were friendly, helpful and positive so we were so pleased we stayed for 5 days. And there are a few really good restaurants-The Slipway in Argyl is great, as was Paradise Beach Bar. Come and visit!

We had a lovely stay here. A very comfortable, airy apartment, kept cool with ceiling fans, with well-equipped kitchen. The view from the veranda is truly spectacular and we happily spent hours sitting there, and there are beautiful places to go around the island too. We would especially recommend taking a taxi over to Chatham Bay and walking down through the forest: the beach is beautiful and very deserted and Seckie’s bar there serves really good food. Patrice was a great host: really helpful answering questions and advising on travel to Union.

Chris’s place is in a fantastic location, at the peaceful end of Hillsborough beach - walking distance to Paradise beach and Hillsborough. Perfect place for a sunset swim, right outside your accommodation! The property is very spacious, plenty of room for everyone to relax without being in one another’s way. It was well equipped. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the front terrace in the mornings and evenings. Chris was super responsive and helpful, a great host. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again! Thank you.

Another Fantastic Stay! This was our second time staying at Aliz Paradise, and We couldn’t be happier! Just like our first visit, everything was perfect. The space is incredibly comfortable and well-maintained, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. We are visiting after Carriacou was hit by hurricane Beryl (July 2024) and it’s great to see so many things are back up and running. Carriacou is definitely ready to welcome visitors. Our host was amazing—always so welcoming and attentive to any needs we had. We truly felt at home. We appreciated the little touches that made our stay even more enjoyable, from the thoughtful amenities to the helpful local recommendations. We had another fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to return again! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and inviting getaway. Thank you for another lovely stay!

Denise is such a lovely lady, everything was as expected. She collected me from the airport and her place was exactly like the pictures. What a lovely view from the balcony. It’s close to a couple of nice restaurants and the walk along the road to the harbour and shops isn’t too far. It’s a great spot for Tyrell bay and i had such a great time at carnival. If you want a nice quiet spot for a few days in paradise, stay here.
