Our third stay here. Spotless accommodation and great communication from Jamie. Great location also with just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Poulton. Would happily stay again.

A lovely property, home from home and the host was so informative and answered any questions I had. The location was perfect for our needs and very quiet. The welcome hamper was really nice and attention to detail in all areas was very evident with nice touch’s and fragrances made the home feel clean and comfortable. Pool table and games consoles make it a stand out location for all ages to enjoy when in the house. Heating was great though the house as we had some very cold days on our stay. Hot tub and gardens well presented too and not over looked. We collectively as a family have said we will return to this property next year in the warmer months for a longer stay. Anyone reading this post then rest assured you will have a lovely stay in this property that you can relax and enjoy your time. 5 star ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thankyou. Mr Anderson.

Lovely spacious period property which is in a great location. Close to train station and Lancaster center. Situated on a quiet street with parking and parking permit supplied by host. Contact with the host was faultless throughout our stay. I would definitely return if in the area again.

Was a lovely place to stay whilst visiting family. Good value for money and loved the extra touches such as the snack bowl! Will definitely return! X

Such a lovely, homely and well equipped home. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to host me and my family. The beds were all super comfortable, with spacious rooms and ample bathrooms/showers! The location is great, 5 minute walk to M&S food and various bars/restaurants/ shops. Short walk to the beach and pier. Hayley was great too, I didn’t have the need for much communication but I don’t doubt Hayley would be very responsive.

My second stay during February but this time i rented upstairs and downstairs as our party was bigger. The upstairs apartment is Even more special, with a beautiful, spacious reception room and lots of light from two big windows. The bedrooms are on an upper level. Everything well appointed and stylish. Very much at home here.

Amazing stay for my little boys 2nd birthday, the house felt like a home away from home. Only 5 minute drive from the Blackpool front which was very convenient. We loved every minute of our holiday and will definitely be booking again whenever we come back to Blackpool. Thanks Stephen!

we had stayed here once before many years ago and after many years we found this visit just as enjoyable and relaxing as it was on our first visit. It was so welcoming and it was almost like time had stood still as everything was as we remembered it . If you like good food and drink with a gentle stroll around excellent shops and attractions then this is the place to stay.

Our 3rd visit. As always the loft is a home away from home. Very quiet and peaceful. Perfect location to explore the lake district. Will definitely be staying again the future 😃

We enjoyed our stay very much. It has a lovely view from the balcony. The place is clean and tidy. It has every thing we need. The location is very convenient.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we’ve stayed here and we love it. Beautiful views, great walks, lovely country pubs. Price seems to be increasing everytime though so this might be last time we visit.

This accomodation is really a home away from home. It is very well equipped and the location is great. Communication with Janet and Mark was excellent. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday.

We loved our stay at the rural retreat over Christmas, made more special with some cute decorations and a little gift on arrival which was a lovely touch. The place is set back from the road in beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Our dog loved it too, especially as it’s so close to many convenient walks. Cath and Simon were amazing hosts and so accommodating and friendly. We hope to be back soon when visiting family again!

A very smart first floor apartment, overlooking Morecambe Bay, with views towards The Lakes ... beautiful! We liaised with Tom on our arrival in order to gain access (a little earlier than anticipated) and to help us figure out how to use the tv! Our host was very quick to respond to our queries. This was our first visit to Morecambe and it certainly won't be our last. There is a vast, stunning beach and many shops and eateries to enjoy. Whilst we visited 'out of season' some shops and facilities were closed, the resort itself was quiet and peaceful, which we also appreciated. During our stay we took a train ride to the nearby historical town of Lancaster for some site seeing and retail therapy. In short, we had a wonderful time and will DEFINITELY use this facility again! Nikki was a fantastic host. The place is absolutely stunning. I loved how it was so dog friendly. The hot tub was 10/10, one of the best I have used. Beach is only 2 minute walk away with lots of cafes and places to eat. The town centre isn't far only 10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend. Me, my partner and our dog had a lovely weekend.

Upper Mint Mill is a beautiful place to stay, we had such a lovely time there. The space is really well decorated and maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family stay. It’s within walking distance of Kendal town centre (along footpaths), and worked really well as a base to explore other parts of the Lake District. Sophie and Mark were both friendly and super helpful.

Lovely warm, cosy apartment in a great spot for what we needed. Tea/coffee/sugar/milk provided and a great hamper of toiletries to use in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed too. Would stay again!

Stunning apartment, in quiet surroundings and great for exploring the lakes. Little extra touches with comfortable, well decorated rooms, fantastic kitchen. Glyn is a fantastic host. Would recommend staying here and we would definitely come back.

A great wee find and as nice as always. Lots of eatable’s to tide you over, comfy bed and a warm room. Shower room is great too. Happy to recommend.
