Perfect villa for group family trip. Well- equipped kitchen & living room

Mạnh was very helpful and responsive. Logistics were easy and the house was very well set up for our needs. Great balcony for dining with a nice view. The neighbor was very nice and relaxing as well.

My family of 11 had wonderful time at this villa. The billiard pool had amazing quality, way better than other places we used to stay. The villa is spacious, very new and in secured estate complex with 24hour guarding. The house keeper is responsive to our requests and even helped us to run errands from time to time. The only thing to improve probably is about hygiene matter of the kitchen. Overall I would definitely recommend this villa for a big group accommodation in Ha Long!

Hana was extremely pro active and had clear communication throughout our stay. The place was beautiful and almost made us not want to leave the room! Will be back for more soon and it’s a great recommendation for couples, friends or long stays, all!

Great host and great stay. Communicative and a nice place, great view too! Only downside was some mold in the shower. But that mightve been because we checked in earlier than originally planned.

Lovely apartment and Van was a great host. Some strong winds blew over plant pots and things on the balcony and the next day they were cleared and tidied up. A very attentive host and a lovely view of Halong bay with a great restaurant downstairs.

The space is clean, close, make it feel like home, full of equipment, can go to the whole large family to experience Ha Long together. Attentive concierge service, quick response. Will definitely book again when I come back to Ha Long

I had a wonderful stay! The host was professional, friendly, and highly responsive, making the experience seamless. The apartment was exactly as described—modern, impeccably clean, and filled with natural light. The stunning beach view was the highlight! The location was also easy to find, which added to the convenience. One thing to note is that the indoor pool and gym are not free for residents as they are managed by the hotel part of the building. You’ll need to purchase a ticket to use them, but this was clearly mentioned in the host’s description, so no surprises there. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, and I highly recommend this place!

Awesome place to stay! About 10 min drive to main strip, was clean and decent view except the construction ahead of the bay. But was a great little place with all the amenities needed for a longer stay! Was great!

The most beautiful couple who welcomed and looked after our family. Anna and her husband went over and above to make us feel comfortable. They booked our cruise and taxis for us, even meet us at the terminal to see us off back to Hanoi. This area has been destroyed by the Typhoon, so much damage. They are cleaning and repairing everything so quickly. Thank you Anna for everything x

This place was perfect if you are running the Halong Bay Heritage Marathon. You're just 2 blocks away from the start/finish line. We were more than pleased when we got into the place. It was bigger than the photos. Really comfortable and clean. The bathroom was nice and clean too. All in all this was a really great place and the hosts were really helpful in giving us local recommendations.

I had a wonderful experience here. Everything is great and you can enjoy the stunning seaview at night. Will stay here again if I come back
