Sandy is an exceptionally friendly and informative host. There is a lovely park close by and good transport connections to central London. I spent four very comfortable nights here. Even in very hot weather sleeping wasn't a problem. The Snug is very compact and may not suit taller people.

A very cosy and comfortable hideaway in peaceful surroundings yet with easy access to the A3 if visiting south west London. Rian's comprehensive instructions made for a trouble free stay. We'd be very happy to stay again.

Robert is a super host, we’ve enjoyed previous stays at the apartment. Always clean, homely bolt hole to visit family and area, lovely breakfast welcome pack items. Additional self catering items useful to those that might need them, though Claygate has a variety of good restaurants and pubs. Thank you so much, we will be back again if not already fully booked.

A great stay in all possible ways. Mo was very helping, kind and generous from the start and a perfect host. She made sure to check in before, during and after our stay to see that all was okay for us and that we had all the info and things we needed. It was obvious from the start that she goes the extra mile to provide a perfect stay for all guests.

Miyoung's flat was perfect - comfortable bed, great shower, cooking facilities, and I had everything I needed. It's super clean, and perfect for visiting New Malden: I'll definitely be back. The only downside was an unpleasant smell, that didn't improve with airing or the (very lovely) air freshener provided. But there was work being done at a house a little further along, so perhaps it came from there. I didn't meet Miyoung, but she responded almost immediately to messages, and her directions (complete with photos) were really clear and helpful. Thank you! I'll definitely book again!

Gina was an amazing host. We stayed as I was having a procedure at the hospital round the corner. Gina was happy to help with everything and anything. Place was very clean and exactly as described. Could get a little loud being right next to the front door but didn’t bother us! We had an amazing stay and felt right at home!

Great accommodation, well equipped

Dana and Benjamin are the best people in the world. We spent a lot of time with them and every day they helped us with everything we asked for. We didn't miss anything if you want to feel calm and welcoming during your stay , do not hesitate and rent the property This is the most wonderful place to stay, I recommend it with 10 stars!!!

Beautiful accommodation, everything we needed. The host was very friendly and gave us recommendations for places to eat nearby.

Yvonne’s place was an excellent Airbnb. The apartment was large, well lit, with a beautiful private living room, large kitchen and dining area, outdoor spaces to enjoy, bathroom with bath and shower and all amenities in the kitchen. The apartment is right next to a park, near to shops and restaurants and transportation. Yvonne is super friendly and her communication was timely and helpful. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay here again.

I was well received by Nadia, it was as if a member of the family was waiting for me in London, she explained the instructions to me well and even how to come from the airport, she also sent me places to visit in London and shared some sweets made by her, it was so cute, thank you Nadia 😄

Had another really enjoyable stay at Ratna's little gem of a place. The annexe is close to all the amenities you'd want ( no more than a couple of minutes walk to local shops, cafes and transport links ) and equipped with a full kitchen if you need it. And as a bonus Ratna is a super responsive, friendly and most helpful host - makes you feel very welcome!

Really friendly host and lovely place. Close enough to major tube stations. Place was warm and cozy and felt like home and not just isolated and staying somewhere foreign.

This is a nice clean and modern apartment with a lovely new shower. Communication with the host was great with quick replies to any questions we had. It’s easily walkable to a nice choice of local restaurants and local shops. Would definitely recommend.

The Accommodation was great. Phil was really nice and we had a great stay. There is a bus stop very close by, which we used so we could leave the car behind and still visit London. We will be surely coming back.

I felt right at home again in Shelley and Mike's lovely flat. Just like last year, it was so clean and tidy! There was everything you could possibly need for a 2.5-week holiday. Shelley and Mike are two of the loveliest people you could hope to meet. They're so friendly and accommodating! I really hope I get to spend my next holiday here again!

Gieseppe and Jen’s place was exactly as described! The home was super cozy, quiet, and peaceful. Our favorite part was how private it was. We didn’t hear any outside noise, no street noise, and no cars. The place is super spacious compared to other places we have stayed in the past. Decorations were super homey and in general a very warm/welcoming place to stay if you’re ever in the area! They had stored the fridge with food prior to our arrival so we had something to eat for the night and next morning. It’s so thoughtful and we really appreciated it. We will stay here anytime we come to this area!
