Aaron was a fantastic host, always responsive and helpful to our queries. The property is stunning, nestled in the heart of a coffee plantation, and the rooms are exactly as pictured. We had a wonderful time at this charming house, surrounded by the estate's beauty. The highlight was the back door leading directly into the coffee plantation, offering a peaceful retreat for a leisurely walk. The trek was easy, and my fur baby loved it, staying happy and playful throughout. The food prepared by Aaron was delicious and added a special touch to our experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a tranquil getaway in a beautiful setting. It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. I would return in the future along with the fur baby.

Had a great stay with the family. Athula Rao sir is an excellent host and very proactive in communicating all the details needed to reach the stay and checkin was very smooth. He also arranged for excellent homely breakfast and provided a lot of recommendations on places to go around. Property itself was very neat and as described in the picture. The coffee plantation walk made the stay complete. Special mention to the pet dog which was very friendly and kid had a great time playing with the dog. Overall a great stay experience.

The stay was very good with all listed amenities. It's a very good place to stay if you a group 4-5 people and if you need to stay near to Agumbe. We covered Kavaledurga fort and Varanga jain temple. Karkala and many others places are nearby. Praveen helped us with the restaurants nearby and with the places to visit. Had a very good time here. Thanks for hosting us.

this 3 bhk homestay is an excellent choice. the host made our stay comfortable and easy. it is a beautiful place to relax with family and friends. we enjoyed each bit of our time. highly recommend if u are planning to stay in karkala
