Cabin vacation rentals in Lakewood

I knew this place was on the River, but when I stepped out of the car, it took my breath away. The peaceful sounds and the view of the rushing river was so unexpected and our favorite part! Additionally the place had amazing amenities from a kitchen stocked with every cooking utensil you could need, to a state of the art bathroom, amazing furniture inside and out, and not to mention the hot tub.... it all made for the most perfect and relaxing stay! If you go in the winter or early spring, the gravel road and driveway can be quite difficult for small cars. all wheel drive is helpful.

The place was very clean which always makes the stay more enjoyable. The kitchen was very well stocked which was important to us, as we were cooking meals. They had some great suggestions on dinner out for the one night we wanted to go out. We were there over winter and did not get to enjoy all the hiking, but this place would be absolutely perfect in warmer weather. We were using a family get away and it was perfect. The hot tub was the perfect touch. We recommend and return.

The cabin was amazing. Not only was it super cute but it was in a beautiful part of the lake. There was also some nice hiking spots near the air bnb that we were able to take advantage of which was great. My greatest fear is a dirty Airbnb but I didn’t have to worry about that here as it looked brand new when we arrived. The hot tub was also very nice.

This stay was more then we expected! It had everything we needed and more. My kids were either down at the dock to fish or using the Kayaks that were at the house or our standup paddle board. I will be telling everyone about our stay and I hope to stay again soon!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home it was exactly what my family needed.

Denise was a wonderful host! The cabin was exactly what we expected and very cozy for a quick weekend getaway from the city. Denise met us when we arrived, explained where the cabin was, and gave some good suggestions for what to do while we were there. I loved the location - tucked away in a gorgeous forest with nobody close by. Thank you, Denise!

We had a very cozy, peaceful stay the Trinity Cabin! Crystal is very friendly and left some surprises for our pup! The cabin is better than pictures make it look, the gated deck was a huge plus for our dog so he could hang outside with us and still be secure. It is a very secluded area, if that’s what you are looking for. Make sure to check out the stars overhead at night. Oh, and I would recommend bringing groceries up on the way since there aren’t many options for food once you’re up there. Easy driving access to nearby hiking trails- which was the reason for our visit. We really enjoyed our stay! Beds are comfy. Hope to return for a snowy winter visit for cross country skiing.

Another amazing, peaceful, and relaxing stay at Palace in the Pines. 2 weeks osnt enough, the place is a true Northwoods cabin with beautiful views and a great river outside your back porch door. Will definitely book again!

Jessica's quirky cabin is what we expected. Everything listed was available. Cabin was very clean and organized. Instuctions and information was spot on . Wish Jessica had airbnd's across the country, we would stay at her places. Very good chance we will be back. Thank you again

My family and I loved the home and the spacious kitchen and living room! We each had well appointed bedrooms with great mattresses and linens. The towels were soft and the coffee station was excellent. Check in and out was easy. We loved our stay and the space was amazing. Thank you for sharing your home!

My husband and I needed a little reset on life in general so I was looking for something small, pet friendly, quiet and private. This place checked all 4! The cabin was beautiful and very well taken care of. It was also our 12th year wedding anniversary, so it was a beautiful weekend to spend together. This was our second visit to this cabin. We loved our stay! The cabin looked amazing. It has an old cabin look with all the modern amenities needed. Lots of books, puzzles, and board games to help pass the time if needed. The WiFi, TV and DVD player worked awesome to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking. The host were very easy to work with. They communicated fast and gave good directions for checking in and out. We had a wonderful time and look forward to our next stay!

Super unique home with plenty of space for activities either in or outside. Yard leaves plenty or room to go out and run around and having the lake next to the house was great.

My husband and I came here for a long weekend to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and couldn't have picked a better place! Such a beautiful, immaculately clean, and well-stocked cabin with so many extra special touches! The location was wonderful, no neighbors right on either side of the cabin, so it felt private and was so quiet and peaceful! The leaves were at the height of changing color and made for gorgeous views out on the lake and from the cabin!! (2nd weekend of October) Coffee on the deck with the beautiful views and peaceful surroundings was just perfect! Thank you for everything you did to make our stay so wonderful and responding so quickly to messages and giving great instructions on various things! We cannot wait to come back here again!!

We’ve stayed here 5 or six times, it’s always great! Our dogs love the big yard. We enjoy the woodstove every time we come. This place is great overall, everything you could need to feel right at home, great food around, nice grocery store in Crandon

Overall the place was great with everything we were looking for. The weekend getaway was almost to short and we didn't want to leave. I would highly recommend the location and experience we had. Laura is a great hostess and is quick to respond to anything that comes up. We are definitely looking forward to going back.
