Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Lakeside

We enjoyed our stay at Peter’s place. It was well located for our needs and provided us great access for sight seeing. The space was accommodating and welcoming for our group of 6!

Cute and cozy older home that's been fully renovated. Nice large back yard with a fire pit and hanging lights that worked great for our family BBQ. It is walking distance (less than half mile) from the ocean and pier. There are several places within walking distance for food, convenient store items, and shopping. The construction next door was loud in the days, but that's no fault of the host/property, just something to be aware of until it is completed. We felt safe and comfortable for our stay. would definitely stay again in the future.

This cabin in Julian is very cozy, large and has a beautiful view. It's also close to town in a nice neighborhood. Would highly recommend. Nice price point too for everything you get. Thank you Cindy.

The place was spacious and clean. The hot tub and playground were great for the grandkids. Shar was very responsive when we needed anything. Six of us spent 2 weeks there and enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Nice house within walking distance of Julian main ave!

We really enjoyed staying at The farmhouse. We had everything we needed to have a nice relaxing vacation. The kitchen was very well stocked including coffee, spices, and other things to be able to prepare meals in the kitchen. Everything was clean and we enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub and the Roost game room. it is a very private, quiet space and was perfect for us, our friends and our dog.

My family and I felt right at home. Mitchell not only responded almost immediately, he was very polite and flexible. I would love to stay here again when I come back.

Elyse was an exceptional host! She communicated with us regularly. We had everything we needed! And the house was warm, welcoming and clean!

We had a last minute need for a place that could accommodate us, our friends who were in town, and our baby! Robert's place did the trick and was very comfortable and lovely. Wish we had gotten to use the back patio more!

Steven is a fantastic host! We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful area very much! We even hiked with goats at sunset one day and what a treat! A great adventure and beautiful weather all week!!

Our stay at Jonathan's place was great. Unit was clean and AC is available. We had an issue with the front door lock. Accidentally, we locked ourselves out. I got a little worried amd anxious because we had our 4 yeard old daughter but Jonathan was super responsive and came to the rescue no more than 30min later. Overall it was a great stay. Super quiet at night.

Oh where do I start….. this place was so beautiful and unique. We loved the property itself. It was very groomed and felt like a park. Surrounded by beautiful pine and oak trees it was truly a serenity. The inside was so unique! I loved the feel of the entire place. The conversation pit was my favorite place to relax, read and have a glass of wine. My husband and I spent a day visiting the Cleveland National Forest. You are very close to sunrise highway. Beautiful drive and we had such a nice day walking the meadows with our dogs. We are ate at very good local restaurant called Outpost, amazing BBQ. We were looking for a getaway and we both felt like we had a good relaxing time away. I would definitely come back to stay. 10/10 recommend to anyone visiting the Pine Valley Area. Doris and Odd was very communicative and welcoming!

The furnishings in Aaron's place seemed almost new. The set up of two bedrooms and two bathrooms worked great for us. One bathroom is accessed from the living room and the other is off the second bedroom. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks, Aaron!

Beautiful place right near downtown Encinitas. Peter was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here if you want to explore north county coastal San Diego. My only suggestion is being careful with the provided parking space. It was a bit uneven and low cars may have trouble with the bumps without scrapping. Luckily there is street parking in the neighborhood as an option.

Great location in La Jolla. Walking distance to everything you need. Host was very communicative when you needed help. I’d stay again if I’m in the area.

We came to Roy and Stella’s place 3 years ago, since then we always wanted to come back! It’s a magical place, fantastic view, diverse weather, so close to the nature! Lots of plants, trees thoughtfully planted around the house, many hummingbirds and other birds came to the feeder, unbelievable sunset everyday, we like to take a private and quite walk after sunset then soak in the hot tub to stare at the valley or stargazing. Kitchen has everything we need, we usually eat on the deck with very colorful plates. We took the private mile long trail as well, its well maintained especially considering its a private trail with limited foot traffic. During the day i like to sit on the deck (plenty of shade) and experience the breeze from the valley. A few times fogs came all the way in, if thats the case morning is gorgeous at sunrise, the mountain will gradually shows up when fog subsides. The water fountain runs during the day, it’s so tranquil, time stops. A superb experience!

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

Chris’s place was honestly such a great place for me and my friends to stay at! The house was superb and was so beautiful!! It felt like we were at a house that should be priced higher but was worth it for the value! Chris was very communicative and provided us with great instructions and amenities. The kitchen and living room were amazing and pool was really nice! Great place to stay at!!

We have stayed in this beautiful home several times, and we have always enjoyed our time there. It is a rare find in terms of the beauty and spaciousness of the house, the gorgeous large yard, and the exceptional hosts. The landscape is stunning by any measurement, but for an airbnb, it is really unusual and top quality. It has a very spacious backyard, which can accommodate guests beautifully with multiple sitting areas, BBQ and fireplace options, a swimming pool, and areas for activity. Terry and Enza are wonderful hosts-- friendly, quick to respond, helpful, and always available for questions.

This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Just the perfect place to be with family and friends. Sebastien provided very detailed and clear instructions, was very responsive and friendly. I will definitely come back for my future family stays!

This home is beautiful and well appointed. We had several family members visit during our stay, and most had young children who all just LOVED the pool and waterslide. The host was simply outstanding to communicate with and she was extremely responsive. The kitchen has everything a group needs to be comfortable and to prepare and cook meals. The master bedroom is gigantic and the view from the balcony is unmatched. Couldn't recommend the property or the host with any higher encouragement.

This is an amazing place! Clean, large and the location is easy to get to. The amenities are great and the house is nicely furnished. Large entertaining room and plenty of beds and bathrooms. The private tennis court was a hit for my kids. This place is very close to the Potato Chip Rock hike which our group really enjoyed. Sachin was a wonderful host, responsive if there was any issue. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for being such a wonderful host and your house is beautiful!

Gabe's place worked well for our family of 8 adults and 2 children. Plenty of room for all of us. Kitchen very well stocked. Lots to do just staying at the house (indoor/outdoor) with games (foosball, air hockey, outdoor connect 4, bags, ping pong, and tabletop shuffleboard), heated pool and jacuzzi. Rained our first full day so we were very occupied with games and activities. Past renters must have caused a bunch of noise since there were restrictions for outdoor times, Gabe did work with us and gave us until 10:00 p.m. as was listed to stay outside...although we rarely did. Location worked well for us with everything within 25-30 min drive. Overall a great stay for us, would stay again if in the area with the family.

We simply felt at home! Beautiful property with many amenities! Pool, hot tubs, pool table, bbq and bidets. Great touches all around, kitchen had many extras like small appliances and big pantry area. Beds were very comfortable with clean & fresh bedding! Many TVs and great WiFi all around the house. My family enjoyed the entire weekend and we would definitely stay again! Many thanks
