Monthly Rentals in Lake Valley

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect and we enjoyed walks and bike rides to trails, the lake and restaurants/bars in town. The home interior is not recently updated but has a cute cabin vibe perfect for Tahoe. Furnished with all the necessities. Francis was a great host. Super accommodating and helpful.

We love this spot! Close to hiking, restaurants, grocery stores and the lake while still being super quiet and peaceful. Loved having a warm fire going while watching the snow fall outside. AND using the amazing sauna every day. We will definitely be back!

I stayed at David's place for a month and it was perfect for my two dogs and me. It is a very nice little house and I was very pleased on how close it is to everything. David was extremely accommodating for me. Before I arrived I asked if there was a "Crock pot". He said there wasn't one. Two days later he sent a picture of a new one he purchased for the kitchen. That's going up and above! David also replies to your questions immediately. He doesn't wait hours or days but promptly which was very impressive to me. We had a wonderful time and I would strongly suggest David's place.

Amazing stay!!! Hiking and MTB trails steps away from the front door. Great location at the base of desolation wilderness with tons of other things to do in town within minutes. Plus it’s minutes away from the lake as well - you could even walk. Great apartment, spacious, clean, and equipped for longer stays. Overall wonderful long stay 🙌🏼
