We loved the location! My husband runs every day and it was so close to Zilker Park and its wonderful trail, he was able to start his run right from our driveway. Everything was as described and just what we needed. We would definitely return to this spot next time we visit Austin!

Amanda’s home feels calm, peaceful and private. I slept so well and felt warm despite the unusual sub-freezing temperatures. Perfect location! Jesse’s place offered a nice neighborhood feel while being close to downtown and the airport. We weren’t in the house too much over the course of the long weekend but it was the perfect place to relax at night. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our whole group commented that we’d stay there again next time we were in Austin!

Had a great weekend here to catch a UT football game while visiting Austin. Jason was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed before and during the stay. Property is very nice with bedrooms located upstairs and lots of room in living, dining, and kitchen areas. Location was great in a very quiet neighborhood just off of Lamar. Easy access to get to things we wanted to do outside of just the game. Would definitely stay here again on another trip.

This home is a beauty. It was perfect for our group of ten as everyone had their own space and almost everyone had their own bathroom. The home is stocked with everything you could need to feel right at home, especially in the kitchen. We spent a lot of time on the main floor with the living room and kitchen and there was plenty of room for all of us to comfortably hang out. The location is also great. It’s within walking distance to a Walgreens, a Starbucks, and some solid food options. Although the home is surrounded by an urban environment, the space still felt private and quiet. There is street parking, and we were lucky enough to find open spots right in front of the residence. Dakota was a fantastic host. Always responsive and helpful. Overall, this was an ideal stay and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This AirBnB was so great! The host went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The place was so clean and well stocked. We walked to Loro for dinner one night, which was less than 5 minutes away and so fun. We would absolutely stay here again.

Karen was such a great host! Her place had everything you could possibly need or want and then some. The space is well decorated and furnished, and having 2 separate bathrooms with their own shower was AWESOME. Karen was extremely helpful and went the extra mile throughout our stay. We would happily stay again and HIGHLY recommend.

Vivian is an exceptional host. I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, and frankly, I’m usually not very impressed. You know how it is—many are just easy money for the owners, who often seem indifferent to their guests’ experiences. However, Vivian’s place is outstanding—perfect, in fact. It feels like you’re moving into a brand-new apartment. If her place is available and you’re looking for somewhere in an excellent part of town—close enough to walk to the river, Whole Foods, downtown, and stay active—book it immediately.
