A great place to stay in Austin! The house is super well appointed with everything you could possibly need. It's really clean and well maintained too. Rene was incredibly helpful and communicative and you can tell she loves the house and takes incredible care of it. Great location for exploring Austin, we felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Our corgi loved exploring the yard and playing in the bamboo "forest".

Best experience, great host. Definitely returning for all our Austin stays.

This place is GREATNESS!!! I rented it for my son and his girlfriend to go to an event at the Expo. They LOVED IT!! They said they felt super safe there. They loved the cute airstream! They showed it to me on FaceTime and it looked AMAZING! We are planning to go check it out ourselves soon! But the absolute best part of it all are the host!!! They are Phenomenal!!! The co-host Frazel is beyond kind and considerate. She was so understanding and accommodating for my son! I will stay here next time I am in Austin just to know that we will be staying with a great co-host/host. Do not think twice about renting this place! You won’t regret it!

Great location in Austin. Short walk to a great coffee place and very close to restaurants and bars. The neighborhood has a great aesthetic and is peaceful at night. The trailer was very comfortable for me and my daughter and had everything we needed and more. Loved the coffee, beer and snacks Jena provided. She is a wonderful host and I would definitely stay here again.

We would stay here again as the place very nice, very clean, the hosts are very accommodating. When we had questions they responded immediately and followed up to make sure our stay was going well. The place was easy to find and check in/check out was very simple. We recommend others to stay here. Thank you Katie and your staff for a wonderful stay at your place.

We absolutely loved this cool outdoorsy space. It was peaceful and calm and eclectic. There were many restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed the unique atmosphere of this space. It was nice to be able to listen to storytelling and live music by the fire. Everyone was super friendly. the pickup truck rv was nice----if you love glamping this is your spot.

Our stay in the RV was an adventurous experience. The RV was well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is GREAT! Scott's property is beautiful. The kids really enjoyed the pool and swinging on the ropes. Scott is a wonderful host and a great company!

The RV was such a fun stay! The location is great- minutes drive to all activities. The description is spot on. We come to Austin yearly. Definitely will stay again for future trips.

This is a great, peaceful place for two. Me and my fiancé had a wonderful and relaxing time. Mark, the owner, Was very friendly and helpful. From the beautiful landscape and lake to the friendly deer that greet you in the morning, it was the perfect little getaway for us!

Green Acres In Spicewood Texas is a Christmas Wonderland!!! My work group always goes for a weekend getaway in December that includes shopping, games, food and fun. This place fit the bill and more!! Raymond was an incredible host and had everything we could possibly need- from firewood, charcoal grills ready to go, a large refrig/freezer available for use and an ice machine. The bath house was beautiful and homey with amazing showers and a comfy place to gather with thoughtful amenities throughout! We stayed in The Ambassador, the Trailette and Tiny house 4 & 4.5. The grounds were clean and well maintained with little pieces of Texas Hill Country sprinkled all around. We were able to have our whole group outside for drinks and dinner, have an amazing time, a gorgeous Texas Hill Country sunset and campfire plus enjoy beautiful holiday lights all in the same place! We also shopped in the Christmas Barn which is amazing in itself- a must see and stop by during the Christmas season!!

This was my second time staying here! I love this place so much. The groundskeeper is SO kind, and the airstream is very cozy. You are provided with coffee, tea, and a continental breakfast (milk, yogurt granola, orange juice, baked goods). The extra touches to the stay make this place all the more enjoyable. The pool is my favorite part. You can sit by it and read or go for a nice swim. As always, I’ll be back!

This was our second time staying at Dan’s place and we loved it just as much as the first time. Peaceful surroundings and proximity to several food trucks made this a restful and convenient place to stay.

First of all Amber is such a sweet heart and super responsive. The air stream was so freaking cute! Way cuter than the photos. It was cozy and super clean. She has very helpful labels to show you how to work certain things in the air stream. Overall 10/10!

Staying in the bus was awesome! The bed was very comfortable, the heater/air conditioner unit worked great, the bathroom was clean and large! I would definitely recommend staying here! It’s so fun to stay in a unique place! We based here and went and hiked in 4 different Texas State Parks while visiting. We drove into Dripping Springs for dinner both nights. Oak Creek Cafe was really good home cooking food…chicken & dumplings, fried catfish, burgers, pot roast, lots of veggies, and cobblers and pies for dessert! The second night we ate at Crepe Cafe…both savory and sweet crepes. It was sooo delicious!!! We loved every bite! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying in the Night Owl bus! 😁

The Airstream was perfect for our stay in Austin! We appreciated the amenities, location, and thoughtful details Matt & Alex provided, like a first aid kit and wine glasses. It’s perfectly walkable to East 6th street (so fun) but secluded enough where it’s quiet and safe. The Airstream is surprisingly spacious, and my boyfriend of 6’1 could maneuver the shower with ease. It really has everything you need and be comfortable! Thank you, Matt & Alex for a wonderful place to stay!

Kristen's place is in the absolute PERFECT location, less than a block away from all that is happening on South Congress. Walkable to HEB (grocery store), Magnolia, Guero's and Continental Club - among others. The beds are very comfortable and the place was immaculate. We used the three bedrooms and loft in the main house but not the airstream (fifth sleeping area & 3rd bathroom). The house has a full sized washer and dryer, plenty of closet space and hangers. The kitchen was well stocked - we are probably one of the few groups that visited Austin and meal prepped - and we had everything we needed to prep for 3 ppl over 5 days. The only constructive piece of feedback on the main house is there was not a full length mirror (there is one in the airstream). Overall our stay was wonderful and we'd stay there again and again!

Wow. This place is fantastic. It was fun to stay in an airstream, but I quickly learned this was so much more than that! Super clean, super comfy, super air conditioning after walking around in 90 degrees all day. Speaking of walking - this location is great! Anything I wanted to do was within a mile or two. Highly recommend staying here!

Just stayed for one night but wish we could’ve stayed longer. The casita was so clean and very well appointed. You also can’t beat the location for restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

What a charming space. The hot tub was so nice and the neighborhood is very quiet. No kitchen but a great spot for food down the street. Julie also stocks some snacks and drinks.
