Monthly Rentals in Lake Temescal

We stayed in this studio for 1.5 months and had a wonderful experience. It’s located in a very calm and safe neighborhood, perfect for a long-term stay. While the studio is small, it is well-equipped with everything you need, and the bed is comfortable. Patricia was extremely responsive and helpful, always quick to answer our questions. The location is great: about a 20–30 minute walk to the BART station and shops, with a lovely park within walking distance as well. We would recommend having a car to explore the beautiful spots in the area more easily. The private outdoor space was a fantastic bonus, and we truly enjoyed spending time there. Thank you, Patricia, for making our stay so enjoyable!

Stayed for a few days and mostly worked remotely from the location. Very clean, quiet, easy to check in and communicate. All in great value.

Beautiful studio cabin in the forest just outside Berkeley. The kitchen, bathroom, and bed were all nice. I especially enjoyed the deck overlooking the forest. The location is awesome — quiet in the forest with walking access to Garber Park, but also a short drive to Berkeley.

I enjoyed staying as Hwee's place. It is in a beautiful neighborhood with a lot of older trees and a variety of architecture. I was in Oakland for a family event so I didn't explore the neighborhood very much. There is a Village Market at the bottom of the hill that has been a part of the neighborhood as long as I can remember. It is very well stocked and has a deli and hot soup to go. The bed at Hwee's place was very comfortable, there was plenty of hot water for showering, there was coffee available and the iron and television worked well. The view for Hwee's place is beautiful. You really can see both The Bay Bridge and The Golden Gate Bridge very clearly. I had to check in late at night and was able to get inside just fine. It is also easy to get to the highway Hwee's place. I felt comfortable and would stay here again.
