Vacation rentals in Lake Suzy

The space was very clean, well-maintained, it felt recently updated and matched the description and photos perfectly. Location was great being about 1 mile from beach parking. The bed was comfortable the kitchen was stocked with enough utensils and dishes. We had a comfortable and relaxing weekend away!

We transferred over to Richard’s Airbnb location seamlessly during the last hurricane. The place was very spacious, comfortable, with high end finishings, easily accommodating myself, daughter, granddaughter, and pet. Richard was a great host especially considering the circumstances. Very responsive and openly communicative when needed or necessary. We would definitely stay at Richard’s Place again when in the area. Eric - out of state traveler

Awesome house with beautiful yard to enjoy the local wildlife.

We loved our stay. The house is very clean and well appointed. It is in the most beautiful location on the water in Punta Gorda that is also nicely walkable to town. We would love to stay here again.

This is an adorable two-bedroom cottage with a large living room. The location is easily walkable to a number of restaurants and bars. These establishments were close enough to sit in the backyard and listen to the live bands playing at those venues. I loved that! The house was immaculate and nicely furnished and it was centrally located to downtown and close to Punta Gorda Isles and Port Charlotte. Easy to find off the interstate. Would return!

This was the perfect getaway. Marina’s home was immaculate;she had every touch, and more than one could imagine! It was well stocked with extra goodies and spacious inside. The patio had an extremely homey feeling. The beach just over the walkway bridge was one of the finest powder white sand beaches one can find in Florida! You certainly can walk over to it in about 10-12 minutes or if you prefer can drive. There are also some great seafood restaurants, pubs, and shops located across that bridge as well. We walked most of the time and it was fine. Oh yes, the sunsets are spectacular there as well. Wonderful trip, and we are looking forward to visiting Marina’s place once again!

The house was comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and cookware we needed. The location overlooking the pond is a highlight. The many kinds of birds that come onto the lawn and right onto the patio are fun to watch. As are the turtles and alligators that swim by all the time! The water in the area isn’t great, so there is a reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen for drinking and cooking water. But the water in the rest of the house isn’t filtered, so the water in the tub and toilets and laundry is a little amber colored. It didn’t affect our clothes in the laundry, and we used bottled water to brush teeth, so it was fine. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and would come back again!
