The construction of this brand new home in Timber Ridge, PC will be completed just in time for summer 2024. The house and neighborhood are very family friendly, however, we do NOT ALLOW ANIMALS. The property lies on boat navigable water which is overlooked by the vast front porch. I absolutely loved the home and thank you for allowing my family to share your space. The home looked just like the pictures in the listing. It was a surrounded by water i highly recommend bringing fishing equipment. That is one thing I wish I could have taken advantage of. Im not experienced but I would have done it for fun. It was plenty of room for everyone that was with me. I truly wish I had an extra day or two to just fully enjoy the house.

My family and our lovedddddd Caroline’s place! The pictures don’t do the house justice. The house was super clean and welcoming. The outside area was a 10 and my family and I definitely enjoyed being able to fish, hang outside and cook while watching tv or playing games. I rate this home a 10 and will definitely be booking again!

I can’t say enough nice words for Amy! We arrived early to check in and she graciously allowed us to use an outside refrigerator for my daughter’s birthday cake because they were still there finishing up the cleaning. When we arrived back she had left my daughter a birthday happy!! The home was spotless and well stocked! She gave us so many recommendations we didn’t have time to visit them all!! I can assure you we will be back to this property!!!!!

Our family had such a wonderful experience staying here! From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and honestly even more spacious and cozy than we expected from the photos. Everything looked exactly like the listing and even better in person! The kids loved the space to play and relax, while the young adults appreciated the strong Wi-Fi and quiet areas to unwind especially the heated pool. Every little detail was thought of, from extra towels to kitchen supplies and comfy beds. We especially loved how safe and peaceful the neighborhood felt, and how easy it was to get to nearby attractions. It was truly the perfect family getaway, and we’re already planning to come back soon. Highly recommend this stay for families of all ages!

One of the best Airbnb we've stayed at. Great views that capture sunrise and sunset. The kids loved the kayaks and taking them across the channel into some marsh grass during high tides. Hard to put any negative here but the tap water was fine but if you're sensitive you might want to bring some bottled water with you.
