We had a great stay in this lovely home. It was cute, clean and included everything we needed…plus some extras like a bottle of chilled rose upon arrival! I highly recommend this place for families or anyone looking for a quiet, stylish place to enjoy some time on Montauk.

Paula was a very responsive host. She made checking in easy. The house itself was beautiful and very clean. Plenty of space inside and outside. My favorite part of the house was the separate guest house and the hot tub which was very easy to use. Highly recommend this host and house! Thank you Paula!

Me, my wife & two dogs spent a wonderful week at this property. Everything worked the way it was supposed to. The neighborhood was as quiet & private & the beach was less than 10 minutes away!

Peter was super helpful and responsive when we had questions. lovely space with great proximity to the beach!

Very nice setup for two couples, a baby, and a dog - could spread out with bedrooms and full bathrooms on each floor. Comfortable space with amenities you'd want while traveling with a dog and a baby (fenced in yard, laundry, etc). Very walkable to all the shops & restaurants in town, and easy drives to wineries & breweries. The only drawback was that it was close to a fire station and the sirens woke the baby from a nap.

We had an amazing stay at Alissa and Danny’s house! The location is perfect—convenient to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The house is carefully designed with families in mind, especially with kids. It has everything you could possibly need for young children, from toys to safety features, making it so easy to enjoy our time there. Squeaky. Sparkling. Clean. Jennifer was incredibly responsive. The place is as described. As of this post the living room curtains are transparent - you can see right through them, bedroom curtains are solid. There is no curtain in the bathroom window. However, there are trees outside the bathroom and living room windows which provide some privacy. Very comfortable and cozy. You can hear people in the main house when occupied, though this was to be expected. Kitchen is extremely well stocked with the basic necessities. Overall the place and stay were lovely :)

Such a lovely time and Chris & Cynthia’s! Cynthia was so communicative leading up to our stay and kindly greeted us upon arrival for a quick walkthrough of the property. They were so accommodating and easy going with check in times and were so pet friendly! Loved staying here!

There are a lot a reasons to use Airbnb, and one is that you can stay in the most interesting places. That's the reason to stay at the Ludington mansion. Incredible property. If you have any interest in history or architecture, this is your place. We stayed in the 3rd floor suite; of course, it's not a good choice if you can't manage the stairs, but since that was not a problem for us, we loved it. The space was as described: full of character and immaculately clean (if not always new). It was nice having two full baths. The next-door church bells didn't bother us. I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't there. We appreciated the host's suggestion for where to have dinner and were not disappointed. We ended the evening by streaming the (admittedly cheesy) Hallmark Christmas movie filmed on the property and spotting furnishings that were in our suite. We wished we could have stayed longer instead of just over-nighting while on the drive from Maine to NC.

Kevin is an amazing host, he really takes care of the place, the apartment is amazing, and pretty well located. If you come to Pawcatuck/ Westerly his apartment is a great place to stay.

Michael is such a courteous, considerate and generous host. We have stayed many, many times and it feels like a second home. I highly recommend this cozy, clean apartment. Micheal goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. Best host! Truly!

This was our second stay at Nick's, and it did not disappoint. The apartment is exactly as pictured, with all the amenities needed to feel like a home away from home! When I encountered an issue that required me to request a policy change, Nick responded quickly and was very helpful. We will be back.

This was our third year at Michael’s and as usual it didn’t disappoint. The location is perfect for biking or walking, the apartment is the right size for our little family and has everything we need. Michael is super responsive and helpful, the local beach is perfect. We will likely be back again next year!

We rented the entire property for a wedding party and it was perfect. Very clean, beautifully furnished, and you can't beat the location in Mystic. Walkable to downtown and local restaurants. The hosts communicated well and we had no issues! Would highly recommend this location!

Lovely stay in greenport! Short drive from major north fork activities. Can imagine its even better during the busy season!

This stay was even nicer than its pictures. Went during “off season”, so many places were closed in the area. However, the actual airbnb made up for that. It was beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. We had our own ocean view and easy beach access.

Overall relaxing stay and trip to Greenport. Sherri is very communicative and her instructions and listing is clear and accurate. The condo is well decorated and clean and has everything you need for a nice weekend. One thing to note- we were aware check in is between 3 and 5 pm based on the listing (wound up being around 4) but it would be nice for it to be earlier. Still 5 stars though!

The Airbnb was an ideal location. Close walking distance to everything in town. The place was clean and comfortable to sleep in.

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

Had a fantastic stay. The house is spotless and equipped with everything a family needs. The beach is an easy walk, even with a young kid. The area is quiet and relaxing while also a convenient location to anything you could need or want. Sharron and Ray are helpful and responsive. A great way to wrap up the summer and get ready for fall and a new school year. Definitely recommend staying here!!
