There are many outdoor areas like the gazebo, two docks, fire pit, and a floating dock. You'll love the coziness of the large fireplace and the open floor plan with high ceilings. Only 35 minutes to downtown Auburn. Great place to stay for Auburn University events: graduation, football, basketball, etc. Bring the whole family to this relaxing lake house with lots of room for fun. This newly built lake house, on a cove, offers open concept living with a well stocked kitchen, huge deck overlooking the lake, a large dock, TVs in every bedroom, a large TV in the family area, a large dining table and extra seating at the kitchen bar.

This 4 bedroom/3.5 bath house can easily accommodate 2 families and their kids. The master suite is on the main level and offers the comfort of a king bed. The kitchen is well appointed if you choose to stay in or there are several restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive.

4 Bedroom Dockside Dream on Lake Martin

Great place! Kitchen was well equipped with the right gadgets and high end appliances. The lighting within the home has warm color lights, and even the exterior spots are not the bright white overpowering lights. The couches were very comfortable. The TV in the living room was huge and we were able to log into to our own apps. The decorations were enough and not cluttered. Some nice touches were kids toys and life vests. Kurig pods, cream and sugar, basic spices and condiments were provided. Laundry detergent provided. A nice welcome basket of water, and snacks were provided. The beds, pillows and linens are top notch. The lake view is amazing. I would love to come back during the summer season.

Wow! We were blown away with Valerie’s place! From the beautiful 3 levels of living space, to the spectacular views of the lake from the porch and balcony, there was so much to love! We spent hours fishing from the dock, kayaking the lake, and sitting by the amazing fire pit. Super spacious and super hostess with the mostest! Thanks!

Our stay was perfect. I actually live close to the listing- but I needed a bigger space to have a family gathering after Christmas. I needed a bigger space enough space for everyone to be able to stay the nights and stay up and enjoy games and have breakfast and whole days together. Best investment ever!!The kitchen was sooo well stocked with seasonings, coffee, condiments. We had 9 for our big Christmas dinner perfect space with dinnerware and silverware for all of us! The living room was comfy and well appointed. Lots of games! Every bedroom was wonderfully comfortable, with great beds, linens and good pillows We were there in middle of winter. But this location still had enough water to fish from dock!! And Kayak! Great fun for kids!! One of our favorite homes ever!!!

The place was beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked. Michael told us to feel free to use what was there and replace anything (food items we may have used all of). The house had views that were just beautiful. It was quite and peaceful. Hurricane Milton was heading straight for after we all went through Helene so we were so anxiety ridden. Michael offered us early check in which was very nice. The lay out of the house was super. Upstairs and downstairs living spaces. My grandchildren loved the kayaks and the floats and it was super nice to offer them up for us to use. I make trips to this area often because I am a primary caregiver for a relative close to the area. I would defiantly look forward to staying again. I will mention this again because it was just gorgeous, the back porch which was screened had nice views of lake and open deck porch also had nice views of the lake. Gosh we loved it! Thank you for allowing us to stay and letting us relax for a few days with out hurricanes

Stayed at this cabin with my family for the Christmas Holiday. The place was amazing and Roger was extremely helpful. The back deck had a wonderful view of the lake. Staying over the Christmas holiday we made great use of the fireplace inside. Took the kayaks out on the lake one day for about half an hour. This place was an overall wonderful stay.
