Monthly Rentals in Lake Heights

This is my second time staying at Minh's place and it was just as great as the first. The kitchen has all the amenities you need to cook and all the rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are all stocked up with the essentials too. The space itself is very homey with a beautiful view. If you're on the fence about booking this space I would say there is nothing to think twice about!

Fantastic place, modern, quiet, beautiful, has full privacy, with magic views! Super clean! New place, comfy bed, two TV's, Fridge had drinks, milk and bottled water. Chocolate snacks were provided, every flavour of coffee was provided with a coffee machine. The premises is close to everything you need. There is even a take away directly across the street. There is a great walkway and parks by the water next to the premises. Outdoor BBQ. outdoor furniture. All new. Fantastic friendly hosts who we're super helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you are happy! The premises and surrounds look just like the pictures but even better when you see it live. I even got help with my luggage. Will visit again. Highly recommended and very good price for what you get. Thanks Jess for an outstanding easy comfortable stay.

The owner is very warm and kind, the room is spacious, bright and cozy, fully equipped with amenities, easy parking.Carefully prepared for us check-in instructions and sightseeing guides in Chinese.There is also delicious refreshments, fruits, milk and fruit pastries.Glad we were able to meet all of this here.
