By far our favorite place to stay while in Havasu. The home is modern, new, very warm, cozy and inviting not to mention a great backyard with a pool/ Jacuzzi. Such a great place to stay. Love the grage. It’s very clean which is important and our pets were able to join us on our vacation Thank you Daniel it was another great stay at your home for our family. We will definitely be returning

Stayed for a month at Laura’s and found it very relaxing and felt right at home. The house layout worked great when having a couple of families along with the 2 different bathrooms and bedrooms on each side of the house. The beds were very comfortable, the only negative issue was the sectional couch has seen a lot of use and is not very comfortable. I would definitely stay and hope I get the chance to stay again. Kyle was a great host. Super responsive and helpful. We forgot one of our pups harnesses which has sentimental value. Kyle has agreed to meet us and return it. Not many people are that kind. It was so peaceful and relaxing, we didn’t want to leave. We would definitely recommend his home and would stay again. Thank you Kyle!

Felt right at home nice and cozy spot. 5 minutes away from the London bridge. Easy to park and catch a ride on in the Ferry to Havasu Landing. Good size pool and the front yard you get a glimpse of the water. I would highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed staying at Ruben’s place. It has lots of room with a nice pool and outdoor space. Ruben was very responsive and helpful.

The neighborhood was all very comfortable and peaceful for sure! And of course the house we booked was very great!! I will definitely do my best to get this home again!!

Patricia is an unbelievable host, very responsive and caring. She makes guests feel welcome at her home. I plan to stay there again. I highly recommend to anyone. The house is spacious, comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake. Has a great patio with the pool and hot tub.

I feel fortunate to have found this gem. A Beautiful home, everything you would need was provided ( I did not need to bring along as much as I did). The furnishings and beds were very comfortable. Michael was always there to answer any of my questions that I had emailed him about from the time I booked, up until our vacation ended. I would love to come back again, and I would highly recommend him.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lakeside haven. The hosts thought of absolutely everything - from pool toys and board games to a fully equipped kitchen where we only needed to bring our food. The complimentary coffee was a thoughtful touch. What truly stood out was the outdoor space featuring a comfortable dining area with a lovely lake view. The pool was immaculately clean, exactly as pictured, and the jacuzzi's powerful jets provided perfect relaxation. Inside, the home was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with charming beach-themed touches throughout. Great place to stay. Other than the code for the lock not working (She took my call and we got into the house) everything was wonderful.

Christina's place felt like home away from home. Quiet neighborhood, clean inside, and equipped with just about everything you need. I love the thoughtfulness she put into having coffee pods, snacks, and welcome written on the blanket.

Such a beautiful home, with a great view! Had a wonderful time at this place, our family loves the Landing, so we will most definitely be back. The home was so spacious and there were lots of great hangout out spots within the home. The patio was set up so beautifully with a great area to watch the sunset! Would 10/10 recommend and can’t wait to stay again.

JP was a fantastic host, accommodating and helpful! The home was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was convenient to everything from tourist sites to restaurants and grocery stores. This was our second stay in this wonderful vacation home, and we hope to return in the future!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! Everyone was super friendly, from the guard station to the neighbors. The home was clean and quiet, plus super close to the beach and the London Bridge! This was our first trip to Lake Havasu City and we're excited to come back. We will 100% be booking with Julia again any chance we get!

awsome home! lot's of room feels comfortable. plenty of kitchen items to make at home dining. close to downtown, London Bridge. fully fenced private yard plenty of parking. nice small town friendly people! host was great they do a superb job. can't wait to go back! great time!

The house was great (there was even parking for our boat), and Kevin was so responsive to any inquiry I sent him. The backyard and view were both awesome as well. I will definitely recommend this place to friends when I know they are visiting Havasu!
