How was nice and clean. Backyard was a slice of paradise. We spent most of our time outside in the backyard and it did not disappoint. If you like to spend time outside this is the house for you! Thank you Tina for sharing your house with us we thoroughly enjoyed it.

We will definitely return in September Boat launch is 7 mins away..” State Six “!!!,Free and barely used by tourists… Pool table cue sticks need new ends/bumpers only complaint…. AC /ice cold.. Nest controlled, kitchen well stocked.. Pool is clean and refreshing…

My husband and I, and our 4 fur babies, really enjoyed the peaceful visit at Ashley’s house! Everything was perfect for what we were there for. I would highly recommend staying here, and will absolutely reach out again if we are back in the neighborhood! Thank you so much Ashley!

We go to Havasu every summer to spend a few months there with family and friends. Franks place was absolutely perfect. 3 spacious bedrooms and a beautiful pool and spa for those long summer nights. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and was very private. Frank was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend his place to anyone and he welcomes pets which made it the perfect choice for us.

We had a great family get together for Father's Day weekend. John's home was comfortable, great A/C as it was about 120 degrees that weekend! Lovely kitchen and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. Nice TVs in every room. Living room was spacious and comfortable couch. Large backyard, nice BBQ area and large size pool with cool color changing lights at night, waterfalls, built in table and great slide. My kids had a great time in the pool (as did the adults). Quiet nice neighborhood. Close enough to stores and restaurants. Great communication with John the owner as had a couple of questions about the home but John answered quickly.
