What a wonderful stay! The cottage was amazingly cute and the host was super responsive and caring that we enjoyed our stay! This house is situated in a stunning neighborhood next to a lake and there are a ton of runners/walkers around the lakes edge all day long. The house is within a very good proximity of coffee, restaurants, and downtown, but it is super quiet and quaint. I cannot recommend this place enough. 10 Stars!

The house location is beautiful being at a lake. The house is comfortable and well furnished. The decor is fascinating. The host, Steven, communicates very well. He left thorough instructions for using the house and appliances. He left suggestions for local restaurants and activities. The home is clean and well maintained. Parking is easy on the lot. At night the path to the rear doorway is well lit by automatic lights.

House description matches exactly what was listed, beautiful view of Diamond Lake across the street and the location was perfect as it was close to downtown restaurants and MOA. Host was extremely friendly and helpful with communication, I highly recommend/suggest this place to anyone visiting the Minneapolis or St. Paul area.

Great house in a great location. Had everything we needed. Second bathroom is in the basement, which wasn’t a problem for us but just a heads up if stairs are challenging for you. Clean rooms, comfy beds, responsive host. Black Walnut bakery 2 streets down is a delicious option for breakfast.

We stayed at Jane’s place for our newly minted annual thanksgiving family gathering. It was spacious, well stocked and was exactly as advertised. There was a lake within a 3 minute walk! We will definitely be considering this for our Thanksgiving spot next year!

We live in the state - but were looking for a place that was closer to all of us and that we could stay over. We wanted to cook a meal and eat together - many places we looked at said they could sleep the number we needed, but did not have enough chairs to seat everyone for dinner. Finally found this house that would work. It was perfect. The main floor is an open floor plan - we could cook and eat and enjoy each other's company together. We also were lucky to get a very nice November weekend day to enjoy the firepit. The next day we were able to go to one of the MANY MANY excellent restaurants nearby for brunch and just a few of us stayed and went out to dinner too. Very close, easy to get to. Probably could have walked if the weather was better. The extra amenities with the beverage cooler and snacks provided were great.

Had a great stay at Alex's home over Christmas. It's a beautiful area with cedar lake a block away . Theodore Worth park is an easy drive with lots of outdoor activities. Easy highway access and lots of grocery stores close by as well as restaurants. Chailla touched base with us to be sure all was well and responded quickly. Would absolutely rent it again.

We had a great experience here over the holidays. It was a central location for us, and allowed us to have our own space to sleep, cook, and work throughout the week.

This is our second time staying at Brenda’s place and we loved it just as much as the first. The deck is our favorite spot to have coffee in the mornings. Very peaceful neighborhood, and the place had everything we needed. Would love to stay a third time!

In town to visit family and plan a wedding. We wanted a property where we could spread out, cook and enjoy meals with the family, and play board games. Kelly’s property was ideal for the trip. Super clean and uncluttered, the home met all our needs and more. Beautiful renovations throughout the entire home, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked for meal preparation. The property’s location was close to shops and restaurants with easy access to highways to travel throughout and enjoy the Twin Cities. A quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again.

The home was perfect for our family stay. It was very tastefully decorated and beautifully set on the lake near many restaurants, grocery store, etc. The hosts were very responsive. No complaints at all and would highly recommend this gorgeous property!! 😀

Absolutely loved our stay for our family holiday! Kitchen was extremely well stocked with plentiful coffee, dish soap, snacks, drinks, garbage bags and dishes. Spacious main floor with two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and multiple sitting areas. . Wonderful place to celebrate Christmas with our young kids — we brought baby gates to block the stairs going down and up. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time I reserved this charming little house for visiting relatives. They absolutely loved it. Kim thoughtfully provided all the special amenities to make them feel right at home.

Our family of 4 had plenty of space in this cozy home. It was clean, well-stocked, and tastefully furnished. Communication was great and check-in/out was a breeze. We'd love to stay here again.

This home was perfect and had a lot of amenities. It was very clean, well lite, decorated and had all the comforts of home. The washer and dryer was wonderful to have, kitchen had supplies, and Chou supplied instant coffee. We would have loved a coffee pot. Bathroom was very clean and hot water was great. We had plenty of room, with closets in each and hangers supplied. We were also within walking distance from our family, so Christmas was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. The home was in a quaint and peaceful neighborhood, had everything you needed for a weekend getaway, and the host was easily accessible and proactive. We had a great stay and recommend Shawn’s home as a enjoyable place to stay in Minneapolis.

Great spot for a girl’s weekend. Even better in reality than pictures. Enjoyed beautiful kitchen, good sleep and nice fire pit. Easy access to shopping in Stillwater. AND beds for 5 friends! Thanks

Andrea's place was exactly what we were looking for. Everyone had there own space and it was beautiful decorated for Christmas. We felt so at home and will definitely rent this place again.
