Very Private Apt with yard located two blocks from downtown where all the restaurants and retail stores. Only five blocks down the hill to the pier and only blocks from a local grocery stores, and all restaurants downtown SC . Perched high in a quiet beach neighborhood of San Clemente, enjoy the ocean breezes and the modern beach living in our home-away-from home! Live the Beach, BBQ, and the Southern California scene! Please note, our property has stairs. The entrance is reached by walking up about 2 1/2 flights of stairs, and then once inside there are another 2 flights to reach the roof top deck. We think the view is worth it!

The beach was just minutes away and there was no need to drive around. Peter was incredibly responsive and great! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and recover from a busy week!

I believe this is our fourth stay in this unit. The location is unequaled. You’re right at the top of the stairs to the beach with an unbeatable view. The apartment is cozy but adequate. Derek has always been very responsive. The price is steep, but consider that the cheapest room at the Montage hotel is $1200/night. Very high owner and cleaning fees. And there’s off street parking which is very rare in the vicinity. Near interesting shops, bookstore, coffee shop.

We stayed here during our visit with our son who lives in Mission Viejo. It’s a great upstairs bungalow for our group of 3 and small Westie pup! We loved the open space, wrap around deck and fenced in area so our pup could roam and explore. The location was perfect for walking and there’s a nice lookout over the ocean a short walk away and a beautiful park just around the corner. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood close to the center of Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, etc. The space was nicely appointed and had everything we needed including laundry room & detergent. The large deck overlooking the Pacific in the distance was a great place to enjoy a couple nice bottles of wine from the fine wine shop around the corner (next to Sprouts market). Overall, a great place and we’d definitely stay here again! (*note- there are several steps up to the home and you have to go through the bedroom to access the bathroom)

This beach house could not have been more perfect! The location is everything. I swear we found one of the most private beaches with staying at this property. The property had all the amenities and we really felt at home. Kathy was sooooo helpful. Her communication was great. We would absolutely come back and stay. We saw dolphins and sea lions from the back deck.

What a perfect place for our family. The living areas were very spacious and bathrooms very nice. Comfy beds. Tons of closet space. Great living/dining/kitchen area. Outdoor living and recreation area made this home even more special. The neighborhood is well-located and convenient to everything. Our hosts Diana and Rob were super helpful with instructions and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

It's a beautiful clean house and located in a prime area. The house was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the ocean view from the master bedroom and the back patio. We spent time of the back patio and relaxed with the sound of the ocean breaking on the beach. Aaron was an excellent host that was responsive and respectful. We would recommend this house to anybody!
