Lake side house rentals in Lake Ashton

Can't say enough great things about Jonathan and his place! We loved staying there, felt right at home, we were there with 5 kids and there was always something fun for them to do, swimming in the pool and hot tub, s'mores by the fire, pool, air hockey, pacman was a hit, basketball, and lots of games, books and movies to choose from. There was plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable and Jonathan added so many thoughtful touches to our stay - greeting us with an Apple Pie on the kitchen counter, a bowl of chocolates in the entry way and plenty of coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, there were plenty of towels for showers and swimming, life jackets were supplied. The kids said they wanted to move there : ). Need I say more? haha

The lake house was as described. Very clean and had everything we needed. The shared backyard with play area and pool was great for our kids! Gary was very responsive to messages and helpful. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we’re in the area.

Our family loved our stay here! The house is beautiful and felt very comfortable, well stocked with anything needed. The property is stunning! The lake and views are beautiful and the sunsets were breathtaking! Best bird watching of my life! The screened in porch and pool area were perfect and enjoyable keeping bugs at bay. Although the pool isn't huge, the kids enjoyed it very much. We loved the ability to rent the boat and tour the lakes, and even take it to dinner one night! The property manager was responsive to our requests/questions and very friendly. The only two negatives would be that the house is located on a main road, so there is road noise and can see traffic from the back of the house. And one of the 4 days we were on site, the grounds crew was there from 8-3. I understand maintaining this property is a big undertaking, just wish it could be on a turn over day, so it doesn't take a full day with loud blowers and machines during our stay. Otherwise it was very enjoyable!

Absolutely magical! This was my second stay and it was just as wonderful as the first time. It truly feels like a week at Hogwarts. Alex and Sofi were always responsive and helpful hosts. Would return again in the future.

Our family of 5 stayed here- 2 couples and one teenager. Awesome location! Close to all Disney Parks. Plenty of space for all of us! Truly enjoyed the clean house full of amenities. The resort was great! Lots of fun activities all included with our Air BnB. Mohit was very responsive as host and generous! Amazing value! Highly recommend!

Very accommodating of our request and always there to answer questions. Loved our time there and only wish we could have stayed longer. Even though we are local, will definitely be back again for some time away from home. Very much worth it. Great space for travelers with dogs.

We have fished out of Cutty Shack multiple times. I would discourage mid October bookings because it might affect our trip next year. :) Thanks, Kristen, see y’all next year. Another great trip to the Kissimmee Chain.

We loved staying at this accommodation! The hosts are very attentive and think of every detail to make it easier and ensure you have a great experience. ☺️ We loved being able to use the kayaks, so much fun. The lake has a beautiful view and an incredible sunset. It's a great place to relax and unwind.

Perfect spot for our family while visiting Legoland! Clean and comfortable amenities (full kitchen, A/C, washer/dryer) with convenient parking, and a nice porch. Will definitely come back!

Definitely a hidden gem!!! 5 miles from Legoland. 2 miles from chick-fil-a. If you are a family with 2 younger kids, absolutely perfect place to stay. After the hustle and bustle from theme parks, it’s a quiet place to come home to. Grab to go food and sit outside by the pool or lake to eat!! Beautiful views and very clean cabana! We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked again before we even checked out. Great price and 10 times better than staying in a hotel!

Great place and the home is full of things to keep you entertained. This would be perfect for family groups or couples. The house is very comfortable and the area, including the lake, is peaceful and remote, but just minutes from stores and restaurants. There is excellent hiking near by. we especially loved the Tiger Creek trails.

truly a hostess with the most(ess)!! we were greeted upon check-in and given a review of the place and she even left a sweet little greeting card for us with local recommendations and things to do! the place was well described and very clean. the bed was really comfortable I don't sleep that well on other beds normally and was surprised to have gotten such good rest! the serenity of the place is just what we needed for a little get away spot with wide open views of the lake. if a hidden cabin by the lake is your vibe i can't recommend this place enough!

We enjoyed the stay very much! The place is beautiful and very spacious, full kitchen and very nice outdoor space for the evenings. We highly recommend this place for a quiet and relaxing time. kayaking at the sunset is amazing:)

What an incredible stay we had at Rosario's place! We even extended 2 extra nights. Rosario was responsive, helpful, and so kind - she even left a birthday balloon and some treats for my mom's birthday! The house was impeccable and they were great about everything, from changing dates to heating the pool, and keeping it clean, and the pool was a perfect balmy respite. The next time we're in town (and we will be, this is our old neighborhood!), we will definitely try to book here again. Can't wait to come back!

Nice house with good layout of rooms. It is very convenient to come with children as there is a lot of entertainment on the territory of the complex. I also liked the themed design of the rooms. Overall, this is a good house for a large and friendly company.

Had a lovely stay, really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs. The place was very comfortable and had what we needed. The area was nice and quiet. Appreciated the restaurant recommendations and couple of water bottles which were just what we needed when our flight in had gotten delayed. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I stayed In james apartment with our two children. This was a return trip for us having stayed previously in 2019. We enjoyed our stay just as much this time around. My son and husband are big Star Wars fans so loved the theming of the apartment. Everything was really well maintained and amenities were great. We enjoyed using the clubhouse as well. The location is perfect for visiting all the Disney parks and universal, everything was around a twenty minute drive. James was responsive and helpful to all queries, we hope to return one day soon!

This beautiful home worked well for our family…4 couples and 3 small children. Pool and hot tub were great and clean! The house was large and we had a ton of fun! The host was super responsive every time we sent a message. We would definitely come back to this house and would highly recommend it!

Fantastic family and host. Very Clean place on a pretty little lake. Caught some bass in the dark both nights. I think Alfredo and his family would have been like our own family had we got to spend more than 10 minutes with them due to our busy mini vacation they were very polite and their son had the best manners, you could tell he was raised by great parents. Nice shower and plenty of space for a couple with two kids or two and a baby to sleep without being on top of one another. As many things as were said to be there in the listing i thought to myself “no way do they have all that stuff,” but nah I’m pretty sure everything they said was there in the listing was there for our convenience. Nice screened in back porch to catch the morning and evening views and stay away from the mosquitos which are here just like they are near any body of water. Probably hands down the best air bnb experience despite it being one of the smaller places we’ve stayed but we just needed to sleep for a bit
