Monthly Rentals in Lake Artemesia

Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean and comfortable. It was also the perfect location for what we wanted: 1) quieter area; close to downtown D.C., but not so close that you’re in the middle of all the traffic of the city; and 2) less than 5 minute drive to a Metro station, so getting into/out of the city was super easy. The apartment complex was quiet and clean, and felt very safe. Definitely would recommend!!

We were very sad that we only got to stay one night of our three night stay. The weather was deteriorating fast, abd we were concerned about the roads icing and, we thought we might not be able to get out for days.

I stayed at Dericka's place for two months, and it was fantastic; Derick and his family were so welcoming to me. Derick was always responsive when I had questions about getting the package delivered, any recommendations around the area, and any general questions regarding my stay. The location is excellent if your looking for a place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. There's a fantastic park close by, and there are so many trails to walk to and close to the metro. Would highly recommend and would come back to Dericks unit
