Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lake Arrowhead

Tawnya was quick to respond regarding reservation even though it was so last minute. Everything was as described. I would definitely stay again.

Eric was a friendly and responsive host. Value was great - especially considering it was a holiday week. Unit was exactly as described and had all the necessities. Very convenient for getting to Snow Valley ski resort which is less than 15 minutes away. Not a ton to do in Running Springs itself but the market has basics, the coffee shop is great and it's between Big Bear and Arrowhead so you have plenty of options in both directions. We would definitely stay there again!

This place was great for our family. We got a unit close to the pool (which is heated, and has a kiddie pool next to it) and spent a lot of time with our daughter going back and forth. It's close enough to The Village that we were able to enjoy the lake, restaurants, and shopping without much of a drive. We will definitely be back!

This location is perfection! I loved being able to relax on the couch and see the slopes outside! You get to park right outside the unit which is great in the winter. I also liked having a bathroom on each level. All the bedrooms are on the bottom level, there’s even a bonus sink in one of the bedrooms. Even though it’s a condo it feels like a cabin because it has a full backyard! When you get upstairs there’s a patio off the living area and formal dining area and wood burning fireplace too. If you like to cook at home just pack your oil or butter but the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of pots and pans and all the serving dishes one would need. Right up the street to the lake and 4 min drive to the village. I will definitely be booking this gem again! Thank you for a perfect stay!

Super nice lake front suit ! Stunning views , very calms and peaceful. Close to all amenities. They also have an entertainment daily schedule which was a surprise

Had a nice stay! The host was responsive, and was able to accommodate a last minute booking. Check in is at 4pm, which is a bit late. But they let me come early at 3pm for $14 extra. A few of the lights didn't work. Not a big deal. Hopefully they will fix that soon. The bathtub is very low down, its about a foot and a half lower than the floor of the bathroom, so keep that in mind if you not a very mobile and able person.

We had such a great time at this cabin in Big Bear! It was super cozy and just the right size for three of us and our dog. Kiro was really responsive and super helpful. Great spot to relax and enjoy the area. Would definitely stay again!

We cannot say enough about our stay at Alex’s home. Staying here for nearly two weeks was incredible and we would highly recommend. So many details were taken care of (great well-positioned night-light lighting, USB outlet charging ports, great blankets and towels (bath and hot tub), soap for bath, laundry and dishes, etc.). Little things that go such a long way! The (spacious) primary bedroom has a comfortable bed and perfectly sized bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to make incredible meals (including the grill), and we made use of the pantry / condiments. Prior guests definitely paid it forward, as did we. I loved the office space; watching the sunrise over the screens, then getting the afternoon light was awesome. Our littles loved running downstairs to the ‘hammock chair’ and relaxing / playing games in that space. The hot tub was a fam highlight, too! The location is amazing and the neighborhood was great. If we’re back in Big Bear, we’re back at Alex’s!!

From the moment I checked in to the morning I checked out, this little hidden gem was awesome. A little different from your typical Air BnB on the outside, but on the inside, it feels like home. Every detail was well-thought out and there were helpful signs and a binder that addressed any concerns one might have. I had everything I needed the entire time and the host was friendly and always responded in a timely manner. Would stay here again. Would recommend this place and host!

We stayed at Alan’s home during the Christmas break. Our whole family had a great time during our stay there. We had a group of 9 with 2 dogs. Every group had a bedroom and a bed. Plenty of space to sleep. The bottom of the home was the main attraction for us. Plenty of pool table matches and playing with our dogs outside. I guess our only issue was how old the house is. It’s a tad bit outdated in some areas. However, the house does have a traditional charm to it that everyone enjoyed. I definitely encourage anyone who is looking to stay in Lake Arrowhead to stay at this location.

Mike, thank you very much, the stay in your house exceeded all expectations. Cleanliness, availability of various dishes, appliances in the kitchen, home comfort is perfectly created. The number of towels and care products is comparable to 5 star hotels. The location is wonderful. We really liked it!!!

We stayed at Jimmy and Mary Grace’s cabin for our Christmas getaway, and it was perfect! The location is about 10 mins away from the Main Street area in Big Bear, so perfect distance to be able to enjoy big Bear city but also feel secluded and quiet. The house had everything we needed, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Bonus - it was decorated for Christmas! That was a lovely surprise and made our stay feel extremely homey. Unfortunately, there was no snow when we visited, but this cabin would have been the perfect place for snow play. Lots of room in the backyard and also a large empty lot across the road that would have been perfect for snowmen building. 100% recommend a stay here!

Two words to describe our stay: beautiful and peaceful. For the first time staying at Lake Arrowhead, I would say it was an incredible and memorable experience. My family and in-laws really enjoyed the cabin! The hosts were really responsive and helpful. I really appreciate the ease of checking in and how organize the cabin was. The cabin and amenities exceeded our expectations!

We had a lovely stay at this condo during Christmas. It was very clean and everything we needed was provided. Natalie was exceptionally communicative throughout and appreciated the clear instructions.

Overall I enjoyed my stay here…Only con was I thought it would be snowing but it wasn’t. Other than that it was a nice spacious condo. Located next to a 7/11. Nancy was very responsive & helpful. Would definitely rent again.

My family and I stayed there two years ago. This year, when we decided to go up to Big Bear for Thanksgiving checking to see if Shelly's place was available was a no-brainer. Thankfully, we could reserve it and had a great time. Shelly is super responsive and makes every effort to see that the needs of her guests are met. Thank you, Shelly! Linda is very helpful and responsive. Although her host couldn’t meet us to check us in, Linda was very responsive in giving us instructions on how to enter the rental. The condo is very nice, clean, and definitely an upgrade from the normal rustic cabins we typically rent in Big Bear. Felt more like a nice hotel. Also the kitchen is amazing! So organized and well stocked. Makes it fun to cook, and make it your own!

Basem was a great host and the condo is located in a beautiful central part of town. It’s minutes from the village and close to many popular ski areas. Overall this is a great place for a weekend getaway. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to check out big bear.

Hayley was a great host, the condo was clean & had everything we needed. The fireplace is a very nice addition, will stay here again!
