Have stayed at here many times everything is perfect! As always Martine is amazing and always there to help if need be. What else can you say that’s not already been said in the many reviews. The view is stunning the apartment is spotless clean the host is so friendly. No hesitation not to be missed, super value, see you again very soon

guillaume's welcome is exceptional he took the time to inform us about the apartment the region and the activities to do. The studio is very nice and relaxing and the view very well. I highly recommend the rental and if I have to go back to this region I will rent from Guillaume.

We had a great time in a new, quiet home with first-class equipment and with the proximity of shops and... the lake, a truly pleasant place.

Nathalie is a wonderful and welcoming host. The apartment is perfect, was so clean and had great amenities. 10 minutes drive to central Annecy and walking distance to the lake. The view from the terrace is stunning. We also appreciated the secure and clean garage parking. We 100% recommend and we will stay again if visiting Annecy. Merci beaucoup Nathalie ❤️
