Laguna Woods vacation rentals

The location of this rental is ideal, a block from the beach. The house is well equipped, as pictured in the listing. Our host Rich met us at the house and was very responsive in communication. He monitored some minor maintenance activity in the upper unit to ensure we weren’t bothered by noise. We enjoyed having access to the 2 cruiser bikes and garage parking for our car. I was a bit put off by the multiple emails from HappiTravels prior to our stay. I understand that Newport Beach has very strict regulations on parking, noise, etc, but I didn’t need to be reminded repeatedly. Overall a good stay.

My family and I had a great stay and enjoyed the amenities Karen’s place had to offer. The place was very clean and well kept. The location was great for what we wanted to do. We enjoyed the quiet relaxation and the wonderful nature preserve for our morning walks as well the facility’s pool and hot tub. Karen and Lauren we're great hosts...very friendly, responsive, and accommodating.

It has the best beds It was really clean It also was really easy to find things. Finally, it had the best TV ever. It also was. Very nice outside.- this was my 8- year Old Sons review. To add to it I would say he is absolutely correct. The area was surrounded by so many restaurants and stores. The place was so cozy and quiet. I am a frequent visitor to this area and will from now on check to see if this place is available before I book anywhere else.

Given that the second bathroom in outside with a quick walk down side of house, it was lovely and big. Yes, the home is older but extra cozy. The beds were good and small kitchen perfect for cooking. Could use one more serving bowl. Location was divine! short walk to Marine Street and ferry. A quiet, lovely street. We loved the french doors and half doors to let a beach breeze circulate. Washer and dryer were convenient. Parking always available on street. Granted, it is not brand new but had all we needed. Could not have enjoyed ourselves more. We would definitely love to return in the future.

Lovely place on Catalina Island with views galore! We very much enjoyed the decks all with harbor/ocean views. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped and made it easy for us to eat breakfast in and enjoy the restaurants right down the hill for the rest of the time. The great views come by being at the top of a lot of stairs (they are shown in the photos). It was no problem for us but it could be a problem for older guests or young children. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommended!

Loved the house. The pool an hot tub were really clean and the kids had a blast. House was clean, all rooms were great size and the bathrooms were really nice.

Planned our proposal here and it was absolutely stunning atmosphere, amazing beach, wonderful space, and all around a good experience.

Excellent location. Everything was walkable (we walked to the condo with our luggage straight from the ferry terminal). Having the golf cart was so convenient for going off the beaten path or grabbing groceries and hauling them back. Wonderfully responsive host. We will 100% book here again next time we come to Catalina.

A wonderful home! Our family had plenty of space for the kids, parents, and grandparents. Everyone had their own room. It was amazing to have four bedrooms all on the first floor. There was a beautiful yard the kids just loved with citrus trees. The kitchen table was nice and big so we could all eat together. The thick towels were very comfy. The kitchen counter was beautiful, would use that in my home, it was so nice. Neighborhood was quiet. We would love to come again here. Ideal for families.

We have been staying at Marriott Newport Coast Villas for years. It is a beautiful family oriented resort close to Orange County’s est beaches, restaurants and malls. Can’t go wrong !

When I book airbnb, there are three main things I look for. 1. Outside area. 2. Nice open kitchen and dining area. 3. Nice bed/pillows. This place had all these checked!!! Especially the beds and pillows, we slept like babies, the whole family! This is super important when traveling as you are constantly out running around seeing attractions so you want to get a great night sleep each night and we DID!! Highly recommend it!

This home was perfect for bringing together family. The three bedrooms were very comfortable with great beds and bedding. The downstairs living space was roomy with plenty of seating for our family gatherings. We had nightly dinners with family members joining us from surrounding areas and there was plenty of room for everyone without being crowded. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Lovely space for us and our two teenage daughters to stay while we finished restoring our house from the Eaton fire. We know the area and were a bit concerned street parking could be difficult but thankfully there were always a few street spots close by.

We had a perfect stay at Damon and Julio’s Airbnb! Our nonprofit was in town for work, and this home was ideal for our team. There was plenty of space for everyone, a wonderful kitchen that was fully stocked, and thoughtful touches throughout. A fun bonus was that there were magnetiles that helped keep the toddler in our group happily entertained! The house was super clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-equipped. We felt very much at home. Communication with Damon and Julio was quick and helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend for groups or anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay!

We stayed here with our three young children and had a wonderful time. The big backyard is amazing! We all loved the mini golf. The neighborhood is walkable and the location made it easy for us to go to Disney. We walked to a playground/skatepark twice. It is also very close to Knotts Berry Farm. One of the days we drove over to the beach too. The house was clean and great for making meals together. The room with the bunk beds was perfect for my children. The neighbors have dogs who bark loudly and peer over the fence. Sometimes they startled my kids and made them nervous. If you have a baby bring a white noise machine to block out barking during naps and you’ll be fine. :) Bring slippers because the floors get cold and they prefer no shoes in the house. Overall this was a great stay and I recommend it for families! The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. Thank you Esther and team!
