My stay was once again exceptional! Maira is always amazing—consistently going above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. Her service is impeccable, from the thoughtful touches to the seamless communication.

Luciana (and her son Matheus) were excellent hosts and extremely responsive. The apartment is located in a really lovely and quiet neighborhood. The apartment overlooks the forest and is a 10 minute walk to the beach through a beautiful forest path. It had everything we needed and was very clean and full of personality. I only wish we stayed there the whole time we were in Floripa.

It is a monone and cozy house, it has everything to feel comfortable and every detail to facilitate the recognition of how everything works, a delight and steps from the little Laguna.

The apartment is very nice and cozy, perfect for one person and with a comfortable remote work setup. The view from the bedroom is lovely. The only disadvantage for me was that the road between the house and the lake is quite busy all day long.
