Monthly Rentals in Lady Bird Johnson Park Reservoir

We loved this place. It was slightly off the beaten path, but the house was very clean, well stocked with anything you could possibly need, and comfortable. One thing I noticed, you will need to step up to access the toilet. If you can’t do that, you may consider staying somewhere else. 10/10

Went here for a night to explore Fredericksburg. Fairly close to downtown so pretty convenient . Very quiet location and clean cabin . We really enjoyed our stay !

My family and I made a last-minute getaway to Fredericksburg and decided to rent Spencer's beautiful place for a couple of nights. Located on the peaceful outskirts of Fredericksburg...literally about 10 minutes or so away from the hub of the city...the land and cabin were so beautiful. It was a great place for me and my family to unwind. My tween daughter adored the decor of the cabin while my 5-year-old was thrilled to be in new surroundings with farm animals nearby. My husband and I kept remarking, "This is so nice, isn't it? We got lucky, right?" Spencer was a wonderful host and gave great recommendations for the city, as well. He was truly just a message or phone call away. In the future, my family and I hope to spend another few nights at this cabin, for it was just a great place to relax after a day's worth of events. If you're looking for a cozy, relaxing stay in the cutest countryside cabin, this is the place for you!

This was a nice spot located just 5-10 minutes away from Fredericksburg’s Main Street. It was perfect for what we wanted which was away from the traffic and large crowds. We enjoyed our stay here. Nice cozy house, very clean and we felt right at home. It had a nice front porch with two comfortable chairs where we can just kick back, relax and sip some wine. We definitely want to stay here again. I would recommend this place to my friends and family for sure.
