Great property! Very clean and had every amenity we required for our trip. The personal touches from the hosts were great! We’ll definitely stay here again in future trips to Fredericksburg!

We had a great time visiting Fredericksburg. The home was comfortable, had a big fenced in yard, and was within a few blocks of HEB grocery and downtown. The house was located in a nice quiet neighborhood with lots of options for walking our dog each morning. Bobby was excellent in responding to any concerns and very considerate. I would not hesitate to stay again if we were ever to return to the Fredericksburg area. Don Hover

By far our best Airbnb experience. The house was immaculate and very comfortable, we wanted for nothing. Spencer went above and beyond as a host and made sure all questions were addressed and provided so much useful information. I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in Fredericksburg. The only hard thing was the sad looks on my kids faces when we had to leave the animals behind. Curtis will be talked about for a long time. Will definitely return!

Chelsea’s place was perfect. There is everything you could need including linens, toiletries, and a fully stocked kitchen. From the moment we checked in we felt right at home. She was very helpful, detailed, and quick to respond. The place was very clean and exactly as described. It is close to downtown and it was perfect for our group. We had plenty of room and the outdoor space was beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely be staying at Chelsea’s for our next Fredericksburg trip.
