Monthly Rentals in Lacona

My wife and I stayed at Valeria's place for four nights mid-November 2024. and loved it. The location was in the old town on a wonderful little street close to everything we wanted in Portoferraio. It was perfect for the two of us, but not sure if it would work for more persons. The place was well-equipped and spotless. What we loved most about it was the welcoming atmosphere. And Valeria's greeting was warm and genuine. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Nice apartment with everything you need! New and very clean, just like in the photos. Beautiful balcony with sea view away. Antonella was super nice and helpful. Arrival and departure was straightforward. We would definitely come back anyway! :-)

Great stay in general, the apartment is on the top floor of a small townhouse , equipped with a balcony and garden, there is always a shaded area where you can stay. The most positive side is that the structure is far from the street and at night there is really a nice silence and you feel immersed in the countryside of Lacona, you can also see a nice glimpse of the sea from the balcony (very cool in the morning, very pleasant breakfasts). The property does not have mosquito nets in the rooms but stoves are provided, with a little attention you can avoid the night attack. But extra points for air conditioning, which is really appreciated on the hottest evenings. Tidy kitchen and bathroom, there is everything you need. The whole house is quite "lived in" but in the end everything works properly, Cinzia is very available for all our requests and tips...overall highly recommended! In general Lacona great beautiful village on the southern part of the island, very comfortable beach with children

Very friendly and pleasant hostess, practical and tastefully furnished accommodation, a 10-minute walk to the beach. Bicycles at your disposal, so you can quickly buy fresh bread in the morning. Unfortunately, many mosquitoes with us, so the seating area and the lawn could only be used to a limited extent. We'd love to come back!
