New apartment so in very good condition everything was clean and tidy. Spacious apartment, matches the photos, I really enjoyed this trip. Highly recommend it. Very clear host for self-check-in, very easy to access. 5 ⭐️ Everything was perfect.

The stay at Eduardo's went well. He was responsive when I encountered some difficulties finding and using the video projector. Accommodation is as advertised, quiet and pleasant. It is a 5-minute walk from the tram stop, which is very convenient. The only small downside I reported to Eduardo is the lack of duvet sheets in the room, which apparently will be resolved on future stays. Recommended ++
